this is unfortunately 3 years and 6 months too late for me - had to slowly learn all of this over time but looking back can say to current students - LISTEN TO GRACE AND GET HER PLANNER!!
I loved watching grace’s uni vlogs back when she would show us her essay skeleton plans, her garlicky mushroom lunches in between revision sessions, her workouts and her making the gracefituk guides! Such good times. It made me feel so motivated to work! I would play her vlogs in the background as I was studying because it felt like I had a study buddy with me and pushed me to do so much more! Miss the vlogs, i loved rewatching them 😢 but today’s video was SUCH a treat, it reminded me of those vlogs ❤
Grace's uni vlogs were so good, literally came back to watch them whilst I studied for uni exams. Loved watching them in high school, crazy to see how far she has come.
i’ve watched you since i was in middle school, now in my last year at college!!! i was so sad when you took all the uni vids down but obviously 100% supported you. that being said- THIS IS MY SUPER BOWL. i feel like i’ve just woken up on christmas morning!!!?!?!! using all of this as my bible for grad school- ty grace
Omg im a small part of this target audience as I'm currently at the end of year 12, have bought your student planner yesterday, and going too take it into year 13 to hopefully plan studying well so I get into my uni choices and then be able to know how to tackle uni all because of you QUEEN! Thank you for this !!!!!!
I'm 2 years out of uni now but I'm actually going back for my post grad soon so this has been perfect timing for me!! Need to get back into the mindset of a student!
Wish I had this when I was at university! Especially in my final year, I’m now in the work force, creating my own business, would love a planner for people who are starting out their businesses.
Just finished my final year exams so this is literally 7 days too late 😂 but love your planners and you are so inspirational ✨ Such a great role model for young women ❤️
just transferring to Uni and will be using this as my planner yes ma’am thank you!!!!! studio art BA with a multi subject teaching credential here i come
Thank you sooo much for this video! I’m in the middle of A-levels right now with an offer from St Peter’s college, Oxford - very thankful to be one of the lucky few target audience members for the planner! Also would LOVE to see your uni vlogs if you ever reupload them 🥲 xx
I’m soooo happy you have brought this video out and the planners, I am currently an OU student and planning around a full time job, side hustles and life in general is a task in itself! But I’ve been using the productivity planner and they have really helped me get in control. Being an older student in a university where we get one lecture per assignment can be difficult but I’m feeling good about the next term now we have these planners!! 🎉 I’ve ordered the student planner and planner bundle ready for September term!
I’m also an OU student and completely agree! Just out of curiosity are you studying full or part time alongside your full time job? Trying to decide if I can hack both working and studying full time next year or if it’s a crazy idea 😅
@@Jess-mm5lx I have done part time previous years but in September I’m starting full time just so I can get this year out of the way and finished! Wish me luck 😬😅 Good luck with what you choose to do 🫶🏻
After trial and error in whole school life and 2 semesters in college I realize I use most of the methods mentioned here, (that apply to me) Building systems is the way to go :)
this has honestly been so helpful❤️you have been such an inspiration to me with helping me manage my studies as im someone who gets overwhelmed quite easily!! love and appreciate you grace!!
Hi Grace. I understand why you took all your old videos down but is there somewhere (or could you create somewhere) we can go to watch them or are they forever lost to time? I found them very informative/ entertaining, especially whilst I was studying myself and I'm sure other people would too.
This is such perfect timing! Although i already have a degree in business administrations, i am going back to uni this october to study my dream subject psychology. I will definitely use all of your tipps this time around!!
Wish I was still a student just so I could buy this. I love my OG productivity planner but would love one this sort of vibe for a busy corporate girly working on lots of different projects to stay super organised🤍x
watched some of ur how to study videos a few years back and was so sad they were taken down when i was in my final year! so happy you've made this but also sad cuz i'm finishing my final exams at oxford this friday anyways 🥲
Planning ? Revision ? Study ? What's all that about ? Uni programme: Beer, beer, beer, sleep, kebab breakfast, lectures-sleep-lectures-sleep, beer, beer, beer repeat. [ My first year at uni was utter shite. Split up with my then g/f who I had been with at college and gone to uni with, so had the first year in the same halls as my ex. Joy. ]
Nothing is easier than writing an essay, and you can write it as long as you want, no matter whether it is 10,000 words or 50,000 words or as long as the length of a novel if you are actually good at English. All what you need to do is to get more and more facts about the same topic which you are writing about to analyse them. It is very much similar to making an argument and expanding it. A valid argument includes a claim , evidence and a conclusion. Similarly, a good essay must have a claim, which is your subjective statement on the topic which you are going to discuss in your essay, and at least 3 main points related to your subjective statement or thesis statement, and a conclusion. You can expand any simple argument into a paragraph as long as you want with more proofs which support the main evidence, and analyse the supporting proofs, which will lead to a long paragraph with the claim as the topic sentence. Similarly you can expand each of you main points in the body of your essay to make the essay as long as you wan. The conclusion must connect your subjective statement or thesis stated in your introduction with your main points presented in the body of the essay, like the way how a conclusion of a valid argument connects a claim and its reasons or pieces of evidence together. Critical thinking is the foundation for non-fictional writing. Wild imagination and figurative languages are the base for fictional writing. Besides those you also need to know how to search for and verify valid data for your writing. That's all what you need for any good essay. I could have become a very renounced writer and taught English language to English-speakers, but i don't have any interest in such things, while my passion is for natural science research, and teach natural science to those who want to have critical thinking and good knowledge of STEM
It’s so nice how she doesn’t try to baby you or pander to the 65 different excuses people like to make up for themselves. She speaks casually, direct and to the point. While being nice and having a great accent.
What is the most important when you study at any school is the knowledge which you will use in your future career or what will do later in life, but not any good grade, nor about getting good grades
Do you think this would help an American high schooler for their senior year? Or does it fit more into the university/college layout, aka wait til next year to get it for her? Edit: when I say 'this' I'm referring to this year's round of planners
Hi Grace, would you ever consider making the student planner as an electronic version that can be imported into common apps used by student (ie notability)? Also, as a US customer, it solves the shipping length and price problem. I have the regular planner, but I often find myself not using it because I am mostly on my iPad for my doctoral program and don't want to carry another book in my bag to keep track of.
Grace please do digital planners!
Mstrpln digital planners are SO good too :-)
Grace please girrrrlll
Please, this would help me so much.
A Notion version would be AMAZING!
Actually suchhhh a good idea yess !!!

When you taught us your processing of essay plans a few years back, changed the game for me in grad school!!
hii imma new subscriber so can you share the tips if you don’t mind x

Fat thumbs up as soon as you said you can’t have fun without doing well. As someone who was in the past a bad student having no fun, it’s not cool x

A “renounced” writer? Okaaay.
Awww this reminds me of your old UA-cam channel !
It’s so nice how she doesn’t try to baby you or pander to the 65 different excuses people like to make up for themselves.
She speaks casually, direct and to the point. While being nice and having a great accent.
when are you restocking the journals please, shipping options outside UK?
Hi Grace! Is there a digital version I could buy of your planner?
Would you do a second realease for your planner ? I missed the date
What is the most important when you study at any school is the knowledge which you will use in your future career or what will do later in life, but not any good grade, nor about getting good grades
i think i saw this video just in time to start and actually do 3rd year successfully, then i realized i missed the window 😥
Pleeeeaase can you make these vlogs public again?
Honestly clicked on the video for the TALA teaser 😂
why am I seeing this in my last semester 😑 but it’ll help me for my thesis🎉
update, I’m still studying 💀
This makes me want to start my bachelor thesis wtf😂

Her student planners are currently out of stock, has anyone got a good alternative just for now😭
Is there going to be an un-dated version? My masters is two years long starting Nov 27
You could just skip sept-oct then circle back at the end of the year?
What is the name of the old channel? :)
there's no chapters btw
There is, in the description
Is there a monthly calendar??
does anyone know what the 'time' section in the gantt chart means? Is it the estimated time in hours that it will take?
More likely days
Isn't 2015-2019 4 years? Did you take a gap year?
Assume a year in industry/ placement year
Sep 2015- may 2019 so that's 3 academic years
@@at2425__ no it's not. That would imply that finishing in 2018 is 2 years and 2017 is one year. So 2016 would be zero years...
Sounds so easy but I have ADHD 😂
What did you study at Oxford?
Music. So atypical.
oh dear I want to study music, too but I am married
🤓📝
wOW
Sorry🥴
