    I wonder if you could use straight soy milk if you need a quick cold soy noodle fix though soy milk is aready sweetened?

      I wouldn't recommend sweet regular soy milk. If you want to use store-bought soy milk, choose not sweetened and freshly squeezed soy milk will taste much better : )

    콩을 삶는 게 좀 어렵더라구요 ^^;;
    끓기 시작한 후 10분 정도 익히면 될까요~~
    집에 콩이 많은데
    그냥 콩국물 사서 먹고 있어요 ㅎㅋ

      네 콩은 너무 오래 삶으면 고소한 맛이 덜하고 콩 비린내가 난다고 하죠. 끓고 약 10분 삶으면 완전히 익지 않을거에요. 그 상태로 갈고 냉장했다가 드시면 돼요. 묽은 정도는 취향따라 물 가감하시고요^ ^

      Do you mean naengmyeon? I need a machine to make the noodles but will try using pre made noodles. Thanks for the comment!
