I watched Steve Jobs' speech at Stanford before this and I read most people think it's better than Larry's. I disagree. Larry Page's message is on a higher level. I think I've heard "Do what you're truly like and you will succeed" a few million times before Steve Jobs said it. Larry Page here's telling you not to be merely successful, but exceptional. There's no higher aim than attempting the impossible. There's no higher purpose in life than making the world a better place.

They rank Boulder, CO #1 and Ann Arbor, MI #2, but they clearly state that Boulder is the most educated metropolitan area. Ann Arbor isn't a metro area. It's a small college town. So it's really the most educated city, not Boulder, CO. I think Ann Arbor, MI & Durham, NC were the only true cities on the top 10 list. The rest were metro areas.
