Without buying an extra standard Redding holder, because I already have one from RCBS and Lee for the same caliber, can I use the +.002 to zero (full length) the die, and use the +.004 as the +.002, and .006 as the +.004....and so forth?
Thanks for the comment. The Redding turret is dessigned to flex like that. They put that into their tollarance to account for that. Causes no issues with runout or concentrcity. I get the same resulsts on the Coax, Big Boss II.
I'm not familiar with the dial indicator setup on your die. Could you please explain how that works and what it's touching inside the die to get the readin? Is it an off the self item or is it something you came up with? Thanks!
The reason you had so much variance in that 3rd sized case is because you forgot to change out the shell holder. You sized that case with the regular shell holder rather then the comp shell holder.
@@ARPatriot1776Official hahaha...I checked the comments to make sure I wasn't repeating anything anyone said. If I made videos, oh the mistakes you would see!
In order to understand the Redding Instant Instant indicator you have to have some reloading fundamental knowledge. It might take a little while if you're interested check out all the videos on all of our channels about reloading and it'll kind of help guide you.
New video!
God job, I never even thought about doing it that way.

Thanks for commenting Kingpin!
That makes sense!
Thanks for the comment Uncle John!
I saw some flex in the turret head. Might want to look into that. That can lead to false readings of your sized cases.
