  • This is my dough recipe for our pizza service every Friday! I use a Eurodib 20 QT spiral mixer.

    THank you for the video. I was in truth more interested in the mixer. We are thinking of buying a 30 qt and we were interested in watching one work. (That said, I might take your recipe and try it!) thanks again, it was a good video.

      yes. Whole mixing process takes about 30 minutes.

    No olive oil?

      No olive oil in the dough. I do add it to the pizza after I sauce it though 😎
