Simple explanation is God calls his sheep back home but Jesus just as when he walked the earth and picked out a few to be his chosen disciples. Those who were saved were just healed and told to sin no more but the chosen are on fire for The Lord like NOTHING will quench it because they are a vessel that God works through to show what it means to be chosen that way those that are saved/called are able to see just the amount of grace that The father has for them. I will say though just as when Jesus walked the earth those that were saved were taught by The Teacher healed and went on their way but the chosen got to spend days with Jesus getting personal time with him and asking tons of questions and soaking up the wisdom and understanding this unconditional love because God knew what each one needed to build their faith since their journey was only just beginning. Being chosen means to serve God and truly die to self the former life you once lived is gone you truly must leave mother and father you must leave the (spiritually dead) to bury the dead you must love unconditionally God must lead every step of your life and you must live a completely sober lifestyle since you will be judged based on the amount of knowledge you have and if you hear from the Lord 24/7 then you slowly morph into the vessel needed to preach the gospel.

The difference is the called need invitation but the chosen knows that they are welvome even without invitation
There are two different ways the word _called_ is used. The general call (the open invitation used in the verses in this video) and the effectual call (which _is_ synonymous with chosen) as in Romans 8:30.
It is not as complicated as this message makes it seem. To be chosen you must simply respond to Gods call. He calls you to repent and believe in Him. The call is to follow Him and have a relationship with Christ. That is why we read the Bible. To step into communion with the Lord and then carry out what He has revealed to us. We are not called into good works. We are called to Jesus Christ. The good works follow a transformed heart. It is very important to bring your heart to the table of grace every day and abide in Him.
Not all are called, only some - hence it says "many". so, some people are not in God's favor at all and won't be called. Out of this group "called" - only few will be chosen.
All that are Written in The Book of Life, are and have been Chosen. We have been known before The Foundation of The World ( Ephesians 1:4 )
What you fail to grasp, is that the chosen verse the called have two different responsibilities and two different outcomes within God's plan of salvation. From Genesis to Revelation these two groups are represented throughout scripture.

As baptists if God calls and we choose faith in Christ don't we then have salvation? Of course those who have faith in Christ and receive the holy Spirit will pursue obedience not impossible perfection of the mosaic law. Since we have free will are we choosing or are we the chosen or both? 🤔

Don't confuse the mosaic law with God's commands. God commands us to keep His 10 commandments including the 4th. Keep His Sabbath and keeping His Holy Days. Not the worlds holiday's. The Sabbath is God's seal. Come out of this world and be grafted into Israel. Worship God the way He tells Israel to worship Him.

Why does it matter what he looks like?
He looks like all of us on the inside if we share his spirit. By the world’s standards, his appearance should be distinct, fitting into one category or another, but he cannot be confined to such limits. He created man and woman in His image, giving them dominion over all the animals on the earth, not to imply that He resembles one more than the other.

That's a good question! In Exodus 33:20, God says to Moses; "Thou canst not see my face: for there shall no man see me, and live." And in John 1:18, it's stated that; "No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him." Meaning that we can know what God's character is by listening to the teachings of Jesus, but it will only be after arriving in Heaven that we will actually see God the Father, although, through salvation, God is present with us in Spirit.
Hebrews 1:3 says of Christ; "Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high."
So, in some sense, Christ is very similar to God, being the pure embodiment of his power; however, the Almighty is still beyond human comprehension.

So, if you believe that you cannot go there or that hell does not exist, live any kind of way and you will find out in the end. @@deenahughley7349 with all due respect, it’s kind of presumptuous of you to assume that I don’t know God and that I don’t study his word based on my comment… I was. Backslidden Christian for almost 10 years and 2 years ago, I came back to him like the prodigal son. And Jesus gave me such a love for him and his word and freed me from my addiction and desire for porn and alcohol. I have been reading his word every single day for the past 2 years, no exaggeration. and I have been rereading the Gospels for over 2 years now. Repeatedly, So please don’t assume I don’t know God or that I don’t study his word because I do…. I don’t believe in once saved always saved, I believe if your truly trying to follow Christ and resist and fight sin. Jesus will never let you go, no matter how much you mess up. A man falls 70 times but gets back up, His hand is always extended to you. That’s a lot different than someone living in willful sin, not caring and taking the grace of God lightly…. Which is what I use to do. I now know the difference. A believer can forfeit their salvation and walk away, but God will never push anyone away. He simply gives people what they want most….. God didn’t create hell for our disobedience but for Satan and his angels. GodBless you friend.

I'm seeing this a lot on UA-cam, there's a lot of channels that don't talk about the doctrinal positions on the word of God, that they represent, they don't identify themselves with any denomination, can somebody explain why this is the case,
it's seems like it's running rampant on UA-cam.
