    Are you twisting the bell around your wrist instead of punching through? I've seen people do it that way and it looks like they're adding s lot of lateral movement whith their body when they do it with any weight or higer reps.

    If that blew your mind, simply do the clean and press. I just saved you money on the next book.

      As someone who struggles with the kb snatch this looks incredibly helpful.
      I've got a good clean, a great press, a good swing but an abysmal snatch. Hopefully this drill will help bridge that gap.
