This just leads me to believe that Lu Guang, to some degree, was responsible for Cheng Xiaoshi’s death. He obviously didn’t want him to die, but he probably made a mistake and now rewinds time over and over, trying to save him because he feels guilty.

What I love about this OP is that, we see this from Lu Guang's POV and every time Cheng Xiaoshi is on screen, he shines so bright - like he's Lu Guang's light.

From the moment Lu Guang’s pupils shrank ( 0:57 ), and the room exploded into memories… not to mention how soon we were watching cheng xiaoshi and qiao ling from LU GUANG’S perspective, something we have _never_ seen before; we’ve only ever seen things from cheng xiaoshis eyes up until now!

I don't know if anyone noticed something, in episode 7; in doudou's case Cheng Xiaoshi travelled back 3 years ago, where in Qiao Ling saw him, and asked why he's here (he was supposedly together with Lu Guang with their vacation overseas) and the mindblowing part about this imagine Cheng Xiaoshi in the future, travelling 3 years ago while his other self is in bridon arc and also he's posessing doudou

OH MY GOD!!!!!!! This song broke me, I’m crying already and the season isn’t even out yet!!!! So I’m assuming that we’re seeing Lu Guang travel back to the beginning of him and CXS meeting on the basketball court, but it’s from a third person perspective like he’s a ghost and it might jump back to what happened and him jumping through time to the important parts of the story and the flashing scenes of him standing there are the timelines where he failed. This reminds me of Bioshock Infinite, he’s keeps resetting the timelines until he succeeds in saving his husband and the timeline we follow in S1/S2 is the successful timeline where he wins.
