This might be the first time you and any property review channel ever really use pedestrian perspective and notice the neighbourhood first before claiming how good the place is, including honestly commenting on inaccesibility to places such as Sunway Giza and Kwasa Damansara. Those are some minor thing that developer cannot and will not take care, but will seriously affecting potential future residents' lifestyle, including whether spending extra 1 ringgit for car to grocery, or walk to shops everyday as exercise. If we pressure the developers enough through more serious review, municipal may take more action. Your channel has potential to be urbanism commentary channel Not Just Bike style if you piss off enough developers and going to sharp critics.
While currently road to Kwasa Damansara is block due to work for flyover. I doubt the future such road will be pedestrian friendly at all. It is a JKR work after all, when is the last time pedestrian is considered?

Kk price aso higher, I can tell you that since my family is starting to do small developments there condo wise would be rm650 to 1200 per sqft in prime location
