    Even from the video can see the quality of this property. This is the quality im looking for, but market demand for quality is so little since most people are buying for investment, so most developer would sacrifice quality.

    I foresee the maintenance fee being relatively high per sqft, after seeing the vast amount of facilities to enhance the "lifestyle" element. The mechanical lift, common area wood floorings, water features/ pools will all need regular upkeeping. It looks to me, if one plans purchase for own stay/ invest there, we will also have to consider about the cost of maintaining the space.

      @@iherng, no I haven't but I am working towards getting one within the next few years and hoping to learn all I can from your videos before diving in :). I had some experience by accompanying my family member in a recent subsale purchase. The unit was 30% below market price, low rise condo at a prime area. It had basic facilities and was very well kept despite being 3 decades old, only to find out after signing the S&P that the maintenance fee was RM0.55 per sqft. A 1,500 sqft unit would come up to about RM1k/month (plus sinking fund). It was definitely a lesson for me to do more research next time on the cost of maintainance as it would eat into my expenditure/ROI. Your channel is a gem, keep doing what you do, Sean!

      Agree with this statement. Even after all this year, the only facilities that I use in my condo in the lift. Yup, just the lift haha

    3.7m width for living room is not huge... That's just minimum to fit a sofa against the wall and a home entertainment unit against the other wall with a small coffee table in the middle

      It's huge compared to the common 3m width living room these days.
      Of course we will need to compared products at similar price range too.

    Quite a nice property despite its relatively high price/sqft. I particularly like the greyish matt tiles selection in the bathrooms, which gives sophisticated feel. However, the fittings in the unit such as kitchen sink and bathroom basin are big disappointment, they look old-style and cheap to me.

    Connectivity is especially true when there might be link bridge connect to MRT station in the future, see "TA Global receives construction approval for Sri Damansara Sentral MRT link bridge"
    Currently it served by feeder bus from SD West station.

    Everything look so nice and impressive EXCEPT the design of the wardrobes at all the rooms look misplace and not integrated to the developer vision.

    3 Passenger Lifts serving 14 units per floor.. No thanks to spending >1 hr every day waiting for the lift..

      i went Hampton for a viewing last month. Still got many leftover units Workmanship was poor, I could even see the lift button senget hahaha. Good thing is facing the forest = calm and fresh air, drive out the condo is LDP already. 700K+, wanna buy things must drive out, so investment POV not so good, hence I din buy this ppty.

    Congrats Sean 60k subs..i rmb i sub when you are at 10k reviewing Ara Damansara Maisson project, from there i subbed hahaha.....i wonder the top side of the pool...the below unit may experience leakage in 5 - 10 years time? By that time, no more warranty / DLP liao...scary leh..overall very nice condo

    Quite high price at almost 1000psf. Not much room for further appreciation. At this price, Jendela may be a better bet due to better location.

    1. Too NOISE inside condominium.
    2. Facility is nice to see but NOT nice to use.
    3. Master bedroom NO WINDOW, door design is not appreciate at all.
    4. Main entry need to pass though with Mall before enter, just developer strategy enforce residential. They're not bother residential, that only focus business for the mall. BAD Strategy.
    5. All residential sharing 4 Lifts without break points.
