Please help! Hello, I have a Vikviz PTZ-4818x-iz Hikvision Compatible camera, I tried fixing but it only came with 6 cables and I placed them in the wrong place. Do you know where I can order an original cable replacement?
If we disconnect the Power over Ethernet (PoE) board from the camera and power the camera with your new PoE splitter, converting 48 volts to 12 volts DC, is that correct?
What are the remaining cables from the connector? From the RJ45 connector, there are 8 wires and 2 wires from the 12V power jack (Total 10 wires). We have seen inside camera, the connector also has 10 wires. But you have shown only 6 wires. Why is it so?

Your video does not use a regular repair cable. You already have a POE converter in the cable.. so it needs to be connected not to the POE board on the camera.., but then to another board where the camera matrix is located.. A cable like the one in your video is bought when not only the cable is damaged, but the POE board in the camera does not work. If only the cable is damaged, and the POE board is working, then buy a regular repair cable for 11! conductor...without POE built into the cable. The cable is needed for 11, not 9 cores. Because the camera must support 2 POE standards (A and B). When data and power go along 1236 wires or data 1236, and power 45 and 78.
