I would advise letting the salmon soak in the marinade for at least 30 mins before popping in the oven.
Otherwise the delicious flavor will not seep thru the salmon

Can you get that colour of salmon wild? That pink colour I thought was only for farmed salmon. I thought only dark red salmon is wild

Everything looks amazing except the soba (I hope I typed that correctly) I was referring to the grey noodles that look like worms, I just CAN'T!!
