Hello! Just realised we were subscribed to you but I don’t think we had watched anything yet 😅 I can’t believe you can get your own beer taps put in 😂 That room is super lush! It’s huge AND THAT VIEW from the balcony 😱 The shower is a bit random though haha. Thanks for showing us around! We’re sad we weren’t able to catch you when you were in Cancun

Yes. This property is GR Caribe Deluxe by Solaris on the hotel zone. The bang for your buck with this resort is that you have access to its sister resort (next door) and their facilities if you book with GR Caribe directly. The sister resort name is Royal Solaris.

How is the night life?

Each individual resort typically has their own entertainment staff that provide fun activities throughout the day and evening completely on the resorts, you technically never have to leave. However, if you're looking for a true night life scene you will want to head downtown Cancun. There are several clubs and entertainment options and fantastic restaurants. Just hop on one of the local buses that zoom past your resort- $2 roundtrip.

How was the food at this resort?

Very good. Bogavante is the the place to go for lunch. Veneto is the place to go for dinner. And for breakfast Cafe Solaris is so good. You have access to the buffet next door at Royal Solaris, but if you can make the time for Bogavante (which is on the water) and Veneto which is upscale dining-- so worth the wait for reservation.
