okay so i watched your version of talk it up before i heard sammy rae’s version and i liked it so much that i went to listen to the full song and i was incredibly underwhelmed. i was like ‘why is eden’s version so much better’ and i stand by that 1000%. just wanted to make sure you knew that :)
i see what youre saying in terms of differences, but.. underwhelming??? Sammie Rae is absolutely incredible and has fabulous vocal technique in her own right. for example, when i sing i make stylistic choices much closer to Eden, but my actual tone quality sounds closer to Sammie Rae. it's all about personal preference. both people are super talented and perform this song really beautifully :)
