One thing i notice, you should set a 30m or 8 hour rally on a barbarian fort, so you dont get frenzy, and send all your t1,2 and 3 and even some t4 seige in it to get them all out of your city and not filling hospital or taking bad trades. But good job brotha 👌

Siege units take an special place in hospitals, they don't overflow troops capacity
