The properties accrued by all the top and senior security officers of Srilanka security forces during the last twenty years must be investigated. There is ample evidence that they used to arrest detained many Tamil and Muslim businessmen and transfer their wealth to themselves saying they are confesicating under PTA. If you go into details if the deeds of these properties that are accrued and occupied by these top security personnel the previous owners are Tamils or Muslims. I personally know two such cases were a Tamil retired army major was detained under PTA and his coconut estate was taken by army officers and sold. Then when a young Tamil man was detained under PTA the two million that was deposited to his mother by her two daughters living abroad as fixed deposit to receive monthly income was confiscated by the security forces. The top security officer made a fortune during the war using these tactics all their assets must be investigated by the next government as Ranil Ranil will not permit such investigation.
