Single Mom STRUGGLING Needs Help Getting OVERGROWN LAWN Back In Shape

- This is a property we did last year and this single mom asked me to come and get this overgrown lawn back in shape. I think she has done a pretty good job but this time of year a lawn can get out of control real quick and sometimes people just need a little help. This cleanup took me about 2.5 hours and I was happy to help her out again.

Beautiful. All caught up for her. If it gets too out of hand, the average lawnmower just can't get through it. Now, she's ready to rock.
That was so kind of you to help her out again. I can see she has been trying to maintain it. She probably only has a push mower and no other trimming devices. It's hard. My husband and I have been separated off and on for 15 years due to his job. Sometimes he'd be gone for a year, one time 3 years. We have two grown children, but back then they were young to teenagers. They helped as much as they could, but they had school work, and I didn't want their whole life to be school and chores. We had a neighbor who would regularly call the association on me for not mowing my lawn, because I wasn't out there every week like he was mowing his. He had a riding mower, and all I had was a push mower. I used to mow my lawn about every 12-14 days. Instead of offering to help, he chose to be a nasty person. You, on the other hand, choose to help. I commend you for that. Thankfully, I've lived in 7 different states, and this man was the only nasty one I ran across. I remember him, and try not to be like him, and see if I can help when I see someone struggling. The world would be a better place if it had more people like you. God bless.

It must be good for you to see someone who you have helped in the past upkeep their yard. This lady needs only a bit of help for the heavier jobs. Your excellent lawn care sets her up for most of the year. Well done 👍

I'm glad the mom was able to keep up some on the care and realized when she needed some extra help. Somewhat like "a stitch in time saves nine", you were able to do a thorough touch-up of the place, and preventing anything from going into the disaster range. Removing the branches, put it up another step forward in improvement, as well. It is nice to see it neat, orderly and attractive

Seeing you picking stuff up and putting it in your pocket reminded me of laundry day as a kid my dad was a carpenter and we spent at least an half hour cleaning out the pockets and cuff filled with nails and sawdust. I always enjoy watching the great jobs you do. I didn't remember this one until I saw the chicken yard. I'll be looking forward to Sunday. God bless.

I have remembered the previous video of this house. I didn't need to see more than a few minutes of this video and I remembered how it was. It hasn't gotten much worse. It seems that the family has made an effort to take care of the lawn a bit. Without a doubt, a professional 😎 hand and good tools 🛠 have restored it to its brilliance. It never ceases to amaze me how wonderful the house looks with its manicured lawn, profiled paths, visible and elegant curbs; all newly outlined. 🤩🥰
As for the backyard the other house, I'm sure it's going to look great. I think you didn't need to ask us. You knew you were going to do it no matter what we said. You have that big heart that I have talked about many times and you were not going to let it become impossible to walk through it. You enjoy doing it and I already enjoy seeing how you do it. I remember you cleaning this up last year. All those paths you found in the backyard and you couldn't even see the back porch. It looks great! So awesome that you went over and helped her start the year off. That first mow of the year is always a tricky one, big thick patches of grass and then areas that have a difficulty growing and Mother nature has her way about things. Will it rain will it not, maybe hail maybe not, maybe winds strong enough to knock you off your feet maybe not. Anyway it looks great!
