There are no words to praise him, such a silky strong thin wavering continuous heavenly rendering of voice without much break. No excitement in expression. Simply great.
This - rendition of bhoop raag by this raag - rishi has to be -" the " best example of the greatest heritage of this immortal country (sorry - we may feel that we are praising too much ,, but ,, mind my words -no where on earth we get this kind of Devine music not just gods- the pure art it's elf ,, ) just see the earlier part in this - the tharakomal which is I doubt u get this komal - ,,,,, any where ?! Then what - the train of the lengthiest , on - & on it comes & the final burst - the thara- theiverath ,,,,,,,,, breathless onslaught ,,, Who has got this class ?! Show me ! This much class- art - patience - time of longevity !!?? I am sorry to say this - These days singers lack in every way of this great heredity of ours ,,,, they will escape by saying - listeners only don't have the patience to listen to such long renditions

The completeness of the exposition is mind-numbing: The gamaks around ~24 minutes, the thairaav on the sam after nearly every bol alaap, the creativity in the exposition, and the antre ki alaaps are also so well developed (which is rare). Probably one of the most unique and "emotionally mature" exposition of Raag Bhoopali I have ever heard - So typical of Jaipur-Atrauli style, but with clear influences of Gwalior “boldness”. I’m almost confused in my awe. Also that meend between 1:20 and 1:45. I don’t know - Who knew Bhoop, the audav raag with all shuddha swars, can be made to sound so “komal” (pun intended)?
I'm listening this one song_ bhoop raag _ by this god of singing , may be more than 40 years _every day at least two times, this rendition _ no _ this is not singing ,, this is god giving darshan _ " sakshathkara "" ,,,, at my last moment of mine I wish _ I will listen to this song & I will die
Please listen to Gaana Saraswati Kishori Amonkar's rendition of Bhoop. That is the DEFINITIVE Bhoop rendition. Believe me, I too was of the impression that none can top Ustad Bade Ghulam Ali Khan Saheb's Bhoop till I heard Kishori Amonkarji's and Mallikarjun Mansurji's renditions. For me Kishori Amonkarji's Bhoop tops all.
