Fire Engine Tour

Andre Clarizio is a Fire Engineer with the Huntington Beach Fire Department, and he gives a tour of a Type I Fire Engine. During the tour, you can see all the fire equipment firefighters need to do their job.
The fire engine is a vital tool that transports personnel and equipment needed for all types of emergencies. The fire engineer is responsible for driving their team and equipment safely to the scene and keeps the apparatus in tiptop shape. The engineer uses formal and field hydraulics, pump theory, emergency medical care, firefighting equipment, and DMV laws and procedures in their everyday routine.
