i play this long ago i dont remember how to play it with all buildings available. ( i can build all faction buildings and units)

I had a cheat before in red alert 2 yuri's revenge where they were other advanced weapons. Example. You can build oil rigs.
In America, they have this weapon that has huge range and it targets air and just one shooting it.
I forgot what is that if someone has this same hack pls tell me.. Tnx in advance
