Please read The Dead Romantics and The Seven Year Slip both by Ashley Poston and both are great! The Dead Romantics is one of my favorite books. Hello Stranger and Pretty Girls were good too. The Soulmate has mixed reviews but I liked it! Ive heard really good things about The Collected Regrets of Clover.
Girl In Pieces is one of my favorite books of all time. I read when I was 16 or so, and it had a profound impact on my mentality. I'm 21 now and I still think about it constantly and take comfort in the fact that I found bits and pieces of myself represented in it.
Hallie you have TSUNDOKU. It is a Japanese word meaning to acquire books but letting them pile up in one's home without reading them. I have it to especially over beautiful, original bookcovers.
I just read Zero Days, and it was fast-paced. I just started the Chateau. I couldn't get into the Acotar books, but they have the audiobooks on Hoopla through the library, and it's a full cast with sound effects and it was so good. I listened to it while I worked out, cleaned or prepared meals and got through it quickly.
Loved the side comments girl! I’m not alone a few on there I have as well. *idea how about separating them by mood. That way you pick them based on what you’re in the mood for. Hmm don’t know if that made sense. See ya in the next one.
You could try the audiobooks for ACOTAR series. I had to use them at times because sometimes reading fantasy gets kind of boring for me so it kept me on track and paying attention lol
If a book gives you anxious feelings or you are not excited about it just get rid of it. Kudos for your ability to edit all those books into a 17 minute video!
You are compeltely valid in your fear of reading overly hyped books because I honestly feel the same way. I have both "Tomorrow, Tomorrow and Tomorrow" as well as "Fourth Wing" and "Daisy Haites" on my tbr and I'm skeptical (yet optimistic) about all of them especially "Fourth Wing" and "Daisy Haites". I was so skeptical about "Magonlia Parks" that I'm just choosing to skip it for now and go onto "Daisy Haites" because toxic romances are usually not my thing. So. I figured that "Daisy Haites" is less toxic so if I like "Daisy Haites" then maybe I'll go back to "Magnolia Parks". I hope things work out well! Edit: And I have also never read "A Court of Thorns and Roses". It's been on my tbr list for a year now.😅
I just finished a perfect marriage... so good. Really, enjoy it. I would say if you don't read that one, it's good for September read.. it's Suspensful it kinda screams fall vibes even though there's nothing fall in the book, but it was just good to read with a hot beverage. ☕️😉 if you get me 🍃
Hey Hailie 😊! My name is Megan and I’m a booktuber just like you and I noticed that you have not read A Perfect Marriage and You’ll Be the Death of Me. I also just so happened to also have these books on my physical tbr too. Do you mind doing a buddy read with me with either of these or both of these books? 🙂
oops commenting again for run rose run. dont go into it expecting a mystery or youll be disappointed. the story is more about a woman coming up as a country singer even though she had a tough past
I really enjoyed the first two books of ACOTAR, but I’ve been having a hard time getting through the third book… anyone in the comments have some words of encouragement to give me some motivation to finish it
My TBR is 449. I only own about 200 of them physical and kindle. It’s hard to read as much as some people due to uni workload and I’m starting my masters in September so I have about 6 weeks to read as much as I can 😂
Eleanor Oliphant is one of my favorite books! Definitely check that one out soon
Carrie Soto is Back is a must read, you truly don’t need to know anything about tennis to understand it.

Trust me, you MUST read Tomorrow Tomorow and Tomorrow . It was such a good story about friendship and loss and everything!! 5 stars for sure
You should do a series where the books you didn't like them and reread them and see what you think about them again
