I don't hate people who record sets, it's a good way to prove you were there or just a nice memory. But why the fuck would you record from start to finish?! You're just ruining the moment for yourself, there are people with professional equipment recording it and HERE IT IS!

let it roll official facebook page literally made a post begging people to not record the opening cerimony and just enjoy it, because it would later be uploaded on UA-cam. guess some people just can't stay away from their fucking phones

When will the music be released?
The show was pretty good, calyx and teebee delivered their secret sauce just like expected but it was a shame that the talking part was waaaaaay too long once again and doesnt goes well with the tunes that seem to be played randomly, i think LiR team should work on this.
Katie Quakie i get your point but come on drum and bass is all about speed and nervosity, a 10 min show would be ok but 20 is a little bit too much imo ..

people need to think of the time and effort that goes into something like this before slating it. If it was the same as last year it would have been boring - the music & lighting need to work together and they did, monologue was alittle much, good work thou

Incredible! And to all the people complaining about the music itself, I'd much rather have neuro than some half-time Noisia trash or cheesy mainstream stuff. I'm honestly hoping for a jump up opening show next year. Sub Zero & SaSaSas were way too much fun this year!

Noisia are great, but their new stuff is complete garbage. Outer Edges live was mediocre at best. I've been to Let It Roll a few years in a row, and that was a complete letdown on the main stage

Hate on the robot voice all you want the narrative is actually pretty good.
Was there! A totally insane show, but I am personally disappointed with the musical accompaniment of it. It just so dry and so neuro, no power and proper vibe in this sound. Please, next year make some variety: fat (e.g. noisia/signal style) neuro/laser dance floor dnb (mind vortex fit there well) and etc., smth with proper vibes that would bounce the crowd. Thank you for this show. Definitely will come here next year
They should have Signs do it...those guys are awesome at atmospheric stuff that is hard as fuck at the same time!

Everything was top notch but Calyx & Teebee disappointed me with their musical take of opening show.
Geeeeeet off it, classic calyx and teebee sound doesn't really get much better than that
totally with you. last year's opening was much better.
Same goes for their set in my opinion.. :/ They were soooo lit last year on factory stage (but I was too tired to dance the whole show) but this year they just disappointed me. Not that super fat Pure Gold Calyx&Teebee sound I am so in love with.

Do you not realize it's about humanity? LiR has possibly the most unique opening show of all festivals. If you don't like it, don't come!
It's the story of LIR Daniel, you can't erase that and do from it some generic EDM FESTIVAL show LOL!
the only problem with the voice being that it is way too over the top and cringy. the story is pure Transformers-style cliché too, but the basic idea to open with a story is a good one... more originality would be better though

Supr stage a světla, ale ten voice a aranže výjma DnB hudby jsou dost amatérské. Když dáte tolik úsilí do vizuálu, režie show a do supr organizace, je škoda, že vám celkový dojem pokazí hudební část / voiceover.
