The phenomenal "Kim Sisters" I'm convinced those ladies can play any instrument you put in their hands. So smooth... It's all about that bass! Happy Tuesday... thank you for sharing! 💖
Their genuine love of entertaining, in the complete sense of diverse instrumentation, sound, inflection, etc., was always obvious. Couple that with the flexibility of working well with the Sullivan staff on music choice, staging and outfits and you have even greater presentation strength. An especially terrific group for the age of television variety shows.

This is talent, this is entertaining 👏 they're classy, charismatic, and musically diverse. The last video they were just singing but this time they had instruments. Wow! And they kept the focus with no background dancers, fancy effects, or scandalous clothes. Love these women.
@@edufau815 I've known this song since the early 60s ( we had the Elvis version ), but this band makes mincemeat of all the other versions, and that's before they start singing !
Never heard of these chicks,, before my time, but they sure as hell can swing. I'm a black dude and don't know how I even got here but glad to see this. Thanks utube you've made many boring nights after work fascinating
I love watching them. They never fail to entertain and this is no exception. Thank you for sharing this energetic and excellent performance 👏 ❤️. God Bless You and stay safe
Never heard of them until tonight when I cane across "The Barberettes" singing the Ronettes' "Be My Baby" and had to look them up in Wikipedia, where they referenced the Kim Sisters as a big influence.
They strive to entertain and keep it entertaining , sure it’s years ago , but present day people should take pen and paper and study the fact . Put on a show with professional attention to detail and put your heart into it .
Her guitar is the top line model of a “National” (Chicago factory “Valco”, long out of business) guitar called a “Glenwood”. Nicknamed “Map-shaped” because the body kind of resembles the 48 lower US States. Made out of fibreglass which was quite unique and didn’t catch on as they thought it would. “Res-O-Glass” was their name for it. The 1960s was when these were most popular but were considered low end guitars although this top line “Glenwood” model once cost more then “Fender’s Stratocaster”. Many other lower cost models by “Valco” were made and they now have become expensively sought after vintage instruments.
Wow. Not hard to see why the Kim Sisters were invited back 20 times to the Ed Sullivan Show. Amazing charisma.
Man, she's absolutely slapping that bass, and the soul in that tenor player is really something!
learned about them on social media, as a korean american i had no idea. amazing talent

The best music is when the artists make you feel what they feel. You have to feel their passion. When she jumps.
Possiblity the best rendition of this classic song of all time ! GBY
