Hey guy, I love the idea of the hot tent, has made winter camping so much more doable and fun. But I have watched many of these winter videos, and it has occurred to me that you all go to so much trouble to haul your gear, set up a hot tent, assemble the stove and cot, spend an hour (or more!) cutting firewood, cook a meal…Then you stay ONE NIGHT and pack up and leave after breakfast! So much effort and you spend less than 24 hrs. at your campsite! (And by the way, that tent looks like a Sesame Street monster 😊)
Pull-along cargo sleds make so much sense! 👍👏 Latest I can remember a Spring snow storm was in northern Indiana early May, 1970. Came quick and melted quick. Don't ask how I remember the date.....it was just scary. 😲😍

I am so not an outdoorsy person but, I love watching bushcraft videos. You do an excellent job. I am impressed with the tent. It looks easy enough for me to handle and appears to be a quality piece of camping equipment.
Great vid, I’ve got the Russian Bear tent “Pentagon” which has more space but is much bigger to haul, they sure make awesome tents. I’ve done a fair bit of winter camping in BC. Way more work than it looks but such a great experience. A LOT of wood processing. Always bring my dog and my shotgun, helps me sleep better at night.

Saludos desde Panamá, en nuestro país solo tenemos invierno y verano , es interesante ver los camping en otros climas. Pero me pregunto si no hay animales depredadores donde filman.
The guy didnt say how long will be his stay at the camp in the video, unless I misted, but all this work should be fitted to last at least 2 days, or more.....my personal opinion of course....but it is a good video showing all fases of camping alone into de wilderness....very good....I loved it.....

Yes, only the healthiest camp food for me 😂 That is my favorite hot tent by far. It's a little heavy but all of the cool features make up for it.
