An enormous amount of thought obviously went into this build. Vans small enough to park in standard sized parking spaces have very little space to pack everything a person (and pet) would need to live in there. Bria pulled this off while still leaving the van with an open and uncluttered feel. I have no idea why u-shaped beds are not more popular for solo travelers. If the fixed bed portion was as wide as a twin mattress then it could serve as an always ready bed and place to keep bedding. That makes the table space into more of a two-person nook than a huge table for social gatherings (which usually happen at restaurants, outdoor camp tables or circles of camp chairs). I think it's great she has a tow hitch. Years from now her needs and wants will change and grow, and that tow hitch could be a place to add a small trailer for an art studio, full bathroom or whatever fits in the tow capacity. They are also a place to mount a swing-out storage container if new hobbies and needs require storage space that does not exist.
What a great build. Very impressive for someone who had no previous experience. Lots of creative storage solutions and also very pretty. Congratulations and many more happy travels.
I love your build, and especially how everything is neatly packed into bags! I am still in the planning phase. However, I could not help noticing that the fire extinguisher is stored right at the back, together with the extra butane bottles. Perhaps it should be kept in a more accessible place, such as in the cupboard under the sink.
This is one of the most well thought out builds I have seen in van life especially for a single female in mind. I am curious as to why the fire extinguisher is in a cabinet behind the diesel container. I thought diesel fuel is flammable. Also a fire extinguisher that is not immediately accessible isn't very helpful. Now that said, I still find this build very competent! I find it inspiring!
That was inspiring. I love your channel and seeing how far van life has evolved since i lived in my toyota pickup camper shell in the 80's. I wondered how many mpg the average van build gets and if the electric and solar generate much emf inside?
Thanks! I'm amazed at how far vanlife has evolved just in the 7 years since I started my build! I don't know about vans other than mine, which is a 4 cyl. diesel. I average about 21mpg. I also don't know about EMF generation, although I do turn off my inverter while I sleep, unless I have to run my air purifier overnight.

Love love the confidence this young lady possesses! I’m sure her loved ones are so proud how she did everything on her own! 🥰🥰🥰
That’s ONE SMART Gal. Awesome Job. Beautifully. Done.
I agree - she has SO many brilliant solutions I hadn't come across.
I love this van, and the fact that you built it yourself gives me hope I might manage to do it too. Thanks for all the good ideas!
She put a lot of thought into the build of her van and I feel it turned out very nice.
She did a great job!
Great job, you have a beautiful van.

It is actually easily accessible from above as well, and she has a second one in front.
So cozy
Happy, vanning

She can actually reach it very easily from inside - I asked about that. She really has thought of EVERYTHING! One of the best builds I've ever toured!

This is excellent! Are the extension cords anything special? Is there any concern with them overheating behind the walls?

stay, safe.
Very nice good video too😉
✌
Sheer curtain on back door is sufficient? Even in cold weather?
She shows covers for back windows!
What do u do for work?
😘❤️👍
How did you manage to afford outfitting the interior mechanics of your van? All of this equipment costs A LOT OF MONEY.
I was thinking same thing
She worked and saved.
Those vans cost some $ s.
Wonderful van.....shame there was an overuse of 'and stuff like that' guess she was nervous!
