Slugpups are fragile creatures, and yet, also capable of great things. In this video we will be placing some unsuspecting slugpups in an arena, while my chat votes on which threats to send against them. The game ends when all but one slugpup have been defeated. So join us on some highly immoral and illegal slugpup survival games... for our entertainment.

YOOO I was just made aware of this video!! This is so cool! Honestly I'm surprised so many people actually like my dubious experiments on slug children. This was super entertaining to watch!
And yes, no matter what, it seems that slugpups refuse to fight scavengers even when they are actively being killed by them.
I'm currently in the process of engineering a custom region specifically for continuous slugpup experiments so that the pups can actually learn from their experiences....
'Engineering a custom region'. That's pretty awesome. You videos inspired me to try and do the same, I just only have about a weeks experience in the editor.

Howdy batflight! When you say making a custom region, does that mean that the pups won’t get de/respawned between experiments to try to make them learn? Is there a way to even do that? Either way, that sounds super awesome! Keep up the great work!
Also RIP the scav spup experiments, no wonder Arti hates scavs (though I do wonder why the spups don’t interact at all outside of getting themselves skewered, maybe it’s one of those weird interaction coding things, like how most creatures run from Rot cysts?)
What will we name the kingdom of the slugpups though, that is the true question...

The better pup ai mod is most likely the cause of the pups constantly preferring climbing and staying on top of poles, I have experienced similar things with that mod on.
They ended up turning it off and that's why it wasnt happening in the second half ;)
The scavenger staring in horror and confusion as it points at the slugpup it just murdered being revived and running around perfectly fine with a spear in their side

17:11 so fun fact about dropwings, they only really agro on one thing; whatever they tried to ambush. They won't agro anything until they enter stealth mode and try to ambush, so if they move spots they won't attack anything during this time.
But yeah in this case here, Dropwing ignore everything until in ambush stance and tried to attack the first viable target
I’m not sure that’s true, dropwigs have used pounce when I was playing as Arti (and I think Gourmand too?) after they exited pipes or dens without going into ambush mode. They also were never aggravated by me beforehand.

I'd like to point out that "overgrown" centipedes exclusively refers to the largest variety of orange centipedes. Below that are the adult centipedes, then the edible infant centipedes.
As a large fan of the slugpup hungry games with onion and friends (jib bingus fleece), I can confirm this is a slugpupery of all time

The ai in this game is so fun to mess around with. 90% of my playtime is just me playing with beastmaster in arena/safari mode.

Skurry beastmaster updated i think and it allows you to spawn SLUGCATS so it would be fun if you had a army of silly cat things following you. I think.

You play the Hunter campaign and you can start as any Slugcat you want, but if (and when) you die as that Scug, you cannot play as them anymore and you have to choose a different one. You know… a Nuzlock.
Objectives: Meet Five Pebbles, revive moon (optional), and ascend.
Seems simple, but it’s tough.
