My favorite is twilight town. Between the soft music, heartwarming characters, important plot points, and gorgeous aesthetic, twilight town is one of my favorite levels in all of gaming.
For me, my favorite world is Halloween Town because of the aesthetic, Soras costume, and I just love Nightmare Before Christmas. But also, I love the Worlds that actually change Soras look depending on which one hes on. With the Lion King one sitting up there as one of his most unique looks.
It’s a crime that Twilight Town isn’t on this list. That everlasting sunset is so magical all on its own, let alone the mysteries of the mansion and the cozy town.
The PS2 version of kingdom hearts was the one I played a lot. When it comes to the world's, all of it was amazing for a older game. Also I still play it to this day every once in a while.
Symphony of Sorcery is one of my favorites. They play the Fantasia music while every single sound effect is replaced with musical sounds. Hands down one of the best immersive elements in any KH world

Some Worlds needed at least an honorable mention: - San Fansokyo: it litteraly made me watch Big Hero 6 and now it's one of my favorite Disney movie. - The Caribbeans: the best world of KH3. I'm still shocked with the graphics of this world - The Land of Dragons - Scala ad Caelum: just the beauty of this world is sufficient to be mentionned
Some one once asked me why I love Disneyland so much as an adult. It’s simply because of this series. I grew up playing KH2 and BBS over and over again and it’s given me more love for the Disney than the original movies did. The unique stories of each of these characters give them more background.
Misssing Scala ad Caelum, Castle Oblivion/Land of departure, Sanfransokyo and the absolute beauty that the Caribbean is. Honorable Mention to La Cité des Cloches for having the absolute best music in the series.
i agree, alot of these picks are trash, like the timeless river is extremely small and is just a battle compilation with one of the easiest bosses in the game. halloween town in the first game has a horrible boss and the annoying mechanic of not being able to click the things before killing all enemies and backtracking and in the second game... well theres nothing there you can finish the world in 5 minutes both times.
Thank you for including Pride Lands! It's my personal favorite world in the entire KH series, probably because I'm a massive Lion King fan haha. Some in the KH fandom hate the world sadly, but I think it's great, and Sora as a lion was adorable and my favorite design.
I was a little sad that San Fransokyo was left so empty. Big Hero 6 is one of my favorite modern disney movies and when I found out it was going to be in KH3 I was ecstatic! until I got to the world.....and it was pretty much lifeless....

Oh man, the interactiveness of San Fransokyo and Big Hero 6 was such an iconic moment for me with the series. More going on missions with Hiro, Baymax and the rest? I could do that all day.
There’s still room for Atlantis and Treasure Planet to appear in KH4. Until then, Toy Box, the Pride Lands, Agrabah, and La Cité de Cloches (The City of Bells, the world of the Hunchback of Notre Dame) are my absolute favorites. And it’s very convenient how I always return to KH2 close to Christmas, playing in Halloweentown following the fun premise of “Save Christmas”. It truly is creative.

Hopefully they’ll add Zootopia, jungle book, Atlantis, the lost Empire, treasure, planet, Lilo and Stitch world, Robin Hood, black, cauldron, and Moana!
I like how in Timeless River, the Pete from that world ends up being a good guy after fighting with him while the more modern Pete invades the world to cause trouble for Sora and friends and remains the evil one.
Twilight Town, Traverse Town and Radiant Garden were absolutely the best to me, they had such heart and fun exploration. Something that I felt was seriously lacking with KH3. I really hope that if we get 4 that they undo the flowy combat, rides and extensive controlled team attacks and go back to the heavy feeling Sora used to have in KH1 and 2 and bring back smaller worlds with plenty of secrets like Traverse Town and Wonderland. I didnt hate KH3 but it definitely felt like it lacked the love the original two had and that they were too concerned with overfilling it with things to test the new technology. Maybe ill give it a replay, I just sank 30 hours into 1.5 and it is still one of the best times I've had in gaming.
KH3 had issues but it definitely had a great amount of love put into it. Though not as much as 2. Though combat with 3 was also great and felt more fluid so I’d rather have KH use that combat style more in 4 which based on The trailer, it seems to go that route
It's a coincidence that i'm playing Kingdom Hearts 3 for the first time after more than 4 years after it's release. I can't decide which world i like the most. Tbh i can't remember all of them but they're all so special and full of love from the team. I'm loving KH 3 specially because of the graphics quality. I just finished the Frozen world and seeing that version of let it go in the game has become one of my favorite scenes in recent memories with games. I would love a version of Notre Dame in the series with Quasimodo. That would perfectly fit KH 3 with all that freedom.
I was thrilled to see Monsters Inc in kingdom hearts 3 I saw that movie multiple times as a kid and I even like how the Kingdom hearts 3 version takes place right after the movie.
My favorite Kingdom Hearts world is Port Royal/Caribbean, I loved that they did Pirates in it and that they let Sora steer his own ship in 3 I'm so glad for that love those worlds! may your heart be your guiding key MotoPlays :)
Arendalle would been on my top 10 list. Arendalle is great world to have fun. Traveling up the mountain to get to Elsa's castle, battling Marshmallow, traversing down the mountain through a raging blizzard was one of the most fun I had in a KH game. The mini-games where you help Anna and Kristoff find Olaf's body parts adds comedic to the story of Frozen in the game and snowboarding down the tower makes me appreciate the theme of the level even more. I thought it was fitting for Hans Heartless is a snow wolf named after one of Fenrir's two sons in Norse mythology, and the fact that it takes the shape of wolf shows that Hans is wolf in sheep's clothing in the film. Part of the this is biased since Frozen is one my favorite Disney movies in the 2010s. Heck, it's one of my favorite Disney movies of all time.
Hollow Bastion has to be my favorite world, at least in the first game. The look, as well as the music was eerily beautiful and I consider it one of the best. KHIII Olympus will always be the goat.
Honestly, Surprise that Twilight Town wasn't on here. It was so peaceful and relaxing. There was this air of mystery to the town itself. In every iteration, it held a secret. When you see it in Kingdom Heart Chain of Memories it was a complete unknown because it was a world that was a card world that wasn't created from Sora's memories but it was very much new. In Kingdom Hearts 365/5 days it was one of the main worlds that was often visited. The clock tower was Axel's favorite spot. Later, it became the spot for Roxas, Axel, and Xion. When Roxas was left wondering who he was or where his two friends he sit in that spot thinking of the future. In Kingdom Hearts 2 it was the introduction world where you play as Roxas where the town seemed to be a little off. Slowly you would see things that wouldn't make much sense or people would suddenly appear. Roxas would have his false memories. It even held his the Seven Wonders! Also we get to see that world in Kingdom Hearts 3 as well. More like a quick visit but still it's still there.
We need Atlantis's World from Atlantis the Lost Empire, Incredibles World from the Incredibles, Jungle World from The Jungle Book, and also lasty Planets World's from Tresure Planet in Kingdom of Hearts 4 Video Game!

358/2 days was the most complicated Kingdom Hearts name ever conceived! How does a math problem with the word days in it translate to three five eight days over two?
Pirates of the Caribbean really captured the fantasy of a high seas adventure in KH3. 100 Acre Wood was just so… sweet. It was slow, but it also was kind of nice to step away from the world-ending narratives and focus on relationships. We all dreamed of escaping to Destiny Islands on the beginning. :) Peter Pan’s world let us fly, and let’s be honest - it was much more delightful than swimming. The Final World in 3 with its endless sky and ethereal reality was both beautiful and unsettling. Scalia ad Caelum (someone check my spelling!) with its windmills and Small World feel was just so enchanting for a final staging ground (to that point). Man… picking ten is hard!

My favorites worlds are Pirates of the caribbean, timeless world, The lion king, Snow White, Peter pan, fantasia, Tangled, Frozen, big hero 6, twilight town. I can't think of making the right order in the top 10.
The Princess and the Frog, Robin Hood, Zootopia, The Jungle Book, The Fox and the Hound, Brother Bear, Moana, The Incredibles, Luca, Turning Red, A Bug’s Life, Finding Nemo, Raya and the Last Dragon, Wish, Frozen II these are some of the worlds I’d love to see.
You know something from what I've heard a very long time ago the Jungle Book was originally planned for Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep until it was ultimately scrapped and replace with Neverland.
For me the best world was caribbean in kingdom hearts 3, i know it looks like wannabe version of Black flag but hey you are a pirate in movie about pirates, also shading on Sora in kh3 is insane also some scene's look like there directly from the movie which is insane to me, second is Twilight town, this place give me some warm feeling inside even in kh3

As a kid my tv was so dark I could not SEE Halloween Town. My dad had no idea how to lighten the picture for me so I could only play in a pitch black room. I’d get lost constantly and being 9 while playing KH1 as my first rpg was kinda brutal. When I managed to claw my way out of there I vowed to never return! But KH2’s is much better at least!
I am honestly surprised that the Tangled world made it over The Caribbean or San Fransokyo in KH3, especially since people usually like those two a lot more (me included)
5:48 I was miserable. I wanted to explore the imagination of Andy or the VERY very least Bonnie. Not a gigantic empty toy store filled with nothing but random encounters.
None Disney worlds: Traverse Town, Hollow Bastion, Twilight Town, End of the world, The world that never was, and Castle Oblivion. As for Disney worlds: Deep Jungle and Agrabah in KH1. Land of Dragons, Beast's Castle, Olympus Coliseum, and the Pride Lands in KH2. Kingdom of Corona, Toy Box, and Pirates of the Caribbean in KH3.
Toy Box is arguably the best world of every KH. This list seems to ignore the stories of each world and there's no better melding of movie and game than Toy Box. Maybe the first Halloween Town.

Believe it or not, Deep Jungle (Tarzan) became one of my favorites after spending *_hours_* memorizing the areas and all the greenery.
Absolutely LOVE Deep Jungle. It just had such a unique feel to it

My faves;
Corona, The Carribbean (KH3), Twilight Town, Pride lands, Radiant Garden,
Hollow Bastion has to be my favorite world, at least in the first game. The look, as well as the music was eerily beautiful and I consider it one of the best. KHIII Olympus will always be the goat.
In future Kingdom Hearts games, I will fan girl so hard if they added Meet The Robinsons and Ponyo.

Who else wants another rendition of Wonderland. One of my favorite levels in the first and I don't think it has been revisited

Honestly, Surprise that Twilight Town wasn't on here. It was so peaceful and relaxing.
There was this air of mystery to the town itself. In every iteration, it held a secret.
When you see it in Kingdom Heart Chain of Memories it was a complete unknown because it was a world that was a card world that wasn't created from Sora's memories but it was very much new.
In Kingdom Hearts 365/5 days it was one of the main worlds that was often visited. The clock tower was Axel's favorite spot. Later, it became the spot for Roxas, Axel, and Xion. When Roxas was left wondering who he was or where his two friends he sit in that spot thinking of the future.
In Kingdom Hearts 2 it was the introduction world where you play as Roxas where the town seemed to be a little off. Slowly you would see things that wouldn't make much sense or people would suddenly appear. Roxas would have his false memories. It even held his the Seven Wonders!
Also we get to see that world in Kingdom Hearts 3 as well. More like a quick visit but still it's still there.
We need Atlantis's World from Atlantis the Lost Empire, Incredibles World from the Incredibles, Jungle World from The Jungle Book, and also lasty Planets World's from Tresure Planet in Kingdom of Hearts 4 Video Game!

358/2 days was the most complicated Kingdom Hearts name ever conceived! How does a math problem with the word days in it translate to three five eight days over two?
2:21 Actually It's in 7 games, KH1, Chain of memories, KH2, 358/2 Days, Re:Coded, Union X, and Dark Road if we count the 2 mobile games seperately.
Agrabah, Land of Dragons, Olympus, The World That Never Was,, San Fronsokio, Toy Box, nightmare before Crastmas, would probably be the best

Pirates of the Caribbean really captured the fantasy of a high seas adventure in KH3. 100 Acre Wood was just so… sweet. It was slow, but it also was kind of nice to step away from the world-ending narratives and focus on relationships. We all dreamed of escaping to Destiny Islands on the beginning. :) Peter Pan’s world let us fly, and let’s be honest - it was much more delightful than swimming. The Final World in 3 with its endless sky and ethereal reality was both beautiful and unsettling. Scalia ad Caelum (someone check my spelling!) with its windmills and Small World feel was just so enchanting for a final staging ground (to that point). Man… picking ten is hard!

My favorites worlds are Pirates of the caribbean, timeless world, The lion king, Snow White, Peter pan, fantasia, Tangled, Frozen, big hero 6, twilight town. I can't think of making the right order in the top 10.
I would say Twilight Town in KH2 and in Days would have to be #1

I’m torn between Twilight Town and World that Never Was for being my favorite world. I love both in terms of story, music, exploration, etc.
I thought for sure Big Hero 6, and Pirates of the Caribbean would make the cut.

The Lion King's Pride Lands was my favorite world in KH2, and by a lot.
The Princess and the Frog, Robin Hood, Zootopia, The Jungle Book, The Fox and the Hound, Brother Bear, Moana, The Incredibles, Luca, Turning Red, A Bug’s Life, Finding Nemo, Raya and the Last Dragon, Wish, Frozen II these are some of the worlds I’d love to see.
You know something from what I've heard a very long time ago the Jungle Book was originally planned for Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep until it was ultimately scrapped and replace with Neverland.

So far Scala ad Caelum is my favourite. I also like Kh2’s Twilight Town, Carribean, and Halloween Town. For Kh1 it will always be Traverse Town.
For me the best world was caribbean in kingdom hearts 3, i know it looks like wannabe version of Black flag but hey you are a pirate in movie about pirates, also shading on Sora in kh3 is insane also some scene's look like there directly from the movie which is insane to me, second is Twilight town, this place give me some warm feeling inside even in kh3

I actually hated Halloween town , only like the bosses. I usually stop playing once I get to Halloween town haha looks cool of course . It’s funny how most people love it I know ,
As a kid my tv was so dark I could not SEE Halloween Town. My dad had no idea how to lighten the picture for me so I could only play in a pitch black room. I’d get lost constantly and being 9 while playing KH1 as my first rpg was kinda brutal. When I managed to claw my way out of there I vowed to never return! But KH2’s is much better at least!

I am honestly surprised that the Tangled world made it over The Caribbean or San Fransokyo in KH3, especially since people usually like those two a lot more (me included)

None Disney worlds: Traverse Town, Hollow Bastion, Twilight Town, End of the world, The world that never was, and Castle Oblivion. As for Disney worlds: Deep Jungle and Agrabah in KH1. Land of Dragons, Beast's Castle, Olympus Coliseum, and the Pride Lands in KH2. Kingdom of Corona, Toy Box, and Pirates of the Caribbean in KH3.
Toy Box is arguably the best world of every KH. This list seems to ignore the stories of each world and there's no better melding of movie and game than Toy Box. Maybe the first Halloween Town.
