The fact that these people waited four years to bring this monster to justice is a travesty of justice. Hopefully they will do the right thing and give him life in prison without parole.
Imagine a cop with a gun can’t tell the difference between a guns and keys when someone else is holding the keys and why during the encounter the body was never on?
As a middle aged white male we need to stand side by side with all unarmed shooting victims families. It does not matter what race, religion, gender or any other reason. We need to demand Justice for these victims. And ai don’t mean just so the families get paid, I mean until the family gets closing with a jail sentence for the cops. No matter how many times the cop lies, no matter how many times the cop makes up fictions guns. The last one that comes to mind was that young black man that was driving home from playing a gig in a band or group.it was in Florida, the young man’s car broke down and luckily AT&T roadside was recording the call. Because that cop made up so many lies it wasn’t even funny. That was in 2015 the drummers name was Corey Jones. RIP Mr Jones, the coward Cop that murdered you was held accountable.
For seeing a silver revolver to no gun at all is quite a big difference. Let revisit this testimony,(C) I seen a silver revolver in his right had, (L) where was his right hand? (C) it was behind his leg, how do you see a silver revolver behind his right leg and you knew exactly what it was but you could not see it? (L) after seeing the revolver what happened?(C) it was coming up at me. (L) what did you think was going to happen? (C) I thought I was going to die. On cross I woulda said you seen it was a silver revolver? Yes. It was behind his leg? Yes. But you could still see it behind his leg? Yes. For someone that seen a revolver, behind his leg, being brought up to kill you, than you would think it would be very easy to make out this fictitious gun that didn’t exist, that was not behind his leg, that was not going to kill him.

Is that why you didn’t give any medical aid for 10+ minutes? Aid that might have made a difference?
