That's. My bike from 1980 18 years old.the only difference is my rins were black..I bought it brand new did nothing but ride it .it didn't last very long.but what a blast it was
I was 18 years old the electric starter didn't work probably the battery. No kick start.so I'd run with it down the road jump on the seat and let out the clutch. And off I'd go in the rain and the snow.18 years old.HAPPY THANKSGIVING VIDEO STAR
Hmm I ordered mine on Ebay, it did take a few days for the right sizes to show up for sale. I got a 100/90-18 for the front, and a 120/90-16 for the rear. They sell common front and rear combos together but I had to order this set up each tire separately. Both were cheap! $60 each.
The problem is the rear tire size is not very common, here are some I found on ebay if you don't mind mismatched brands www.ebay.com/itm/Vee-Rubber-VRM192-120-90-16-M19202-/384084086413?_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l49286 Rear tire www.ebay.com/itm/KENDA-CHALLENGER-K657-100-90-18-FRONT-MOTORCYCLE-TIRE-/393252682915?_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l49286 Front
Those bikes last forever I found the automatic version at a scooter dealer I am going to see if I can get financed for it. It's awesome has low miles too.
Always works that way

Wonder what the chances are this one is yours? Unless something happened to it

Why do you turn on the lights before you crank it?
I turned the key on and the accessories came on.
@@BonesMcoy Hmmj, I know newer bikes has automatic light on but my european 81 has not. Mybe an US-option?
@@64fairlane305 perhaps, but it had some custom wiring from the original owner.
@@BonesMcoy Ok, could be the reason. Just fixed this on a friends -82 Kawa 650, starter runs a lot faster when the lights are off
Where did you get tires for it I got the same bike and can’t find them to fit

Thank you I’ll have to look into it tomorrow
@@mike111483 no problem!
What's that bottled cleaner you're using? Seems to work really well.
I came to ask the same thing

There is a hondamatic one that keeps going up for sale in my area and I'm tempted to buy it each time. I'd love to find a low mileage example
@@BonesMcoy The one I was looking at has only 15,000 miles on it.
