Ingredients:
Outback Kookaburra:
18-20 chicken wing portions
1 pkt McCormick"s Chicken Taco seasoning
2 tsp poultry seasoning
2 tsp salt
1-2 tsp MSG (highly recommended)
Dry batter:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 pkt McCormick's Chicken Taco Seasoning
2-3 tsp kosher salt
*2 - 26 oz containers of lard for deep frying. I found this at a local mexican market
*I chose to use the taco seasoning and poultry seasoning because it had all of the necessary ingredients for this recipe.
Buffalo sauce :
2 tbs butter (this made them Hot. Add more butter to make them milder )
2oz Tabasco sauce
Ranch blue cheese dip:
8 oz sour cream
4 oz mayo
1/2 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mix
4 tbs blue cheese crumbles
Orange Sweet Chili:
11 chicken wings split into dings
1 tsp salt
1.5 cups plain flour
organge zest from 1/2 an orange
vegetable oil for frying
green onion to garnish
Sauce:
juice from 1 med orange
1.5 tbs soy sauce
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
1/2 stick butter (optional)
a little orange zest
Garlic Parmesan Jerk:
7-10 whole wings ( split)
1 small onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp dried thyme
1 scotch bonnet pepper (whole)
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tsb EVOO
1 tsp all spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 dried bay leaf
1 tsp smoked paprika
2-3 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbs brown sugar
2-3 tbs parsley
2 tbs minced garlic
1/2 stick butter
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Battered Fried:
7 whole wings
1 tbs seasoned salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 cup + 2 tbs water
1 cup self rising flour
Buffalo Turkey:
10 turkey wings
1/2 tsp - 1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup plain flour
1 tbs EVOO
1/2 stick butter
1 cup Franks Red Hot sauce
Dip:
16 oz sour cream
1 pkt Hidden Valley Ranch dip
3-4 tbs blue cheese crumbles
**Add 1/2 cup may if you do not prefer your dip tp be this thick
Chinese Take-Out
9 whole wings
2 tsp salt
1 tbs all purpose flour
1 tbs corn starch
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs Shao Hsing (rice cooking wine)
2-3 drops sesame oil
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp Accent (msg)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 egg
1 tsp sugar
*Marinate for 2 hrs at room temp
Other:
After marinating, add 1/3 cup all=purpose flour (may need more or less)
Oil for frying

I use the taco seasoning and it's good, howeverrrrr, ix nay on the red hot, probably too spicy for me. I also HATE MAYO in my HOMEMADE Ranch, takes away from******Ricotta, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, Ranch packet, sour cream, Knorr, lil milk 😘
