1 tbs neutral oil
1.5 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp granulated chicken bouillon
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp baking soda
Garlic Herb:
1/2 sick butter (or drippings from the cooked chicken)
2-3 tbs minced garlic
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried parsley

Edit: I just made it and next time I'll use a little less salt if I make wings again. 😊 I put the wings over some pasta and then poorest the sauce over both. It was chef's kiss. Had a salad on the side.
