İmpossible to settle and live in the northeast USA. İn the southern provinces of USA HOAV maintenance fees of apartments are between 500 USD to 1000 USD as there is less or no heating bills. İn poverty ridden boroughs of New York City, lowest , government subsidied rent for apartments is 2000 USD per month. Hence an American must earn at least 4000 USD in New York City to endsmeet and breed 2 children and pay rent of 2000 USD. İn Istanbul Turkey only extreme diligent Turkish general managers earn that money 4000 USD per month or more slightly.
