Man how long will it take before people realise healthy doesn’t look the same on everyone. You don’t need to be as lean as someone whose whole job relies on maintaining the lean physique they have.
Exercise should be something that makes you happier, not something that adds more misery to your life :/

Growing up, I was often told by guys that I would look better if I was a few kilo's smaller, so from a young age, I was taught that what i looked like wasn't good enough. I personally enjoy full day of eating videos for new snack and meal ideas, but I can see how this style video could be damaging to others through misinformation and clickbait titles. I have always wondered about soreness, I always give my all and push myself, I am progressing in weights, endurance, etc., but I rarely feel soreness. I often wonder if I am doing things wrong, if my form is off, etc. I actually sent a video to my friend last night to make sure my Sumo RDL with dumbbells form was correct due to worry but apparently, my form is spot on. I just don't tend to get sore. That isn't to say I don't ever get sore because at times I do, just not as often as my friend who does the same workouts as me and is, in my opinion, super fit. So thanks for easing my mind :) Have a good one!

This is my college student’s apartment survival recipes, you can use soy sauce (especially thick and sweet one), oyster sauce, cayenne pepper (you can use gochugaru or anything that’s spicy), white pepper, salt, and chicken bouillon powder. For my refined home recipe, you can add sesame oil (if you don’t mind the oil), fresh cayenne pepper (fresh is better), and lime/grated ginger. It would be great for baked chicken, pan fries, or making ordinary fried chicken.
