The reason why the soldier didn't die in the end clip was because he was getting healed by the critzkrieg which heals at 24 hp/s and because there was about one second in between your two rockets he survived with around 19 hp and because there was around two seconds before the killcam came up he had about 66 hp. But take this with a grain of salt because the time parts are just close predictions I used with .25 playback speed.

Meme wise, while most are old and pretty commonly used, some got me off guard, I recommend slowing down on those a bit Music-Wise, fitting for the style of montage you’re making, I liked the 2nd half of the music it was relaxing, I think you could find a nice clean blend of relaxing frags and funny memes that could be unique to your style. I decided to look over that soldier who lived at the end beyond all common sense and I thought that maybe he was wearing the battallions back up, but nope, that 220 base hp would have allowed him to live, but he didn't have it equipped which just makes it more confusing.
He was still being healed as he was blasted into the ceiling and airshotted; healing may be slow when your target's taking damage, but it's fast enough to provide more than 5 health in the time between firing two rockets. And the killer-cam shows how much health they had when it zooms in on them, not when they killed you, so the soldier had been healed up to 66 by that time. fighting pockets is ass
Dude, did he even have damage number stacking? I believe the two hits were too long apart to stack the damage numbers and if that's the case he had no business surviving a 305 damage hit, but if it did stack then yes he got lucky, but otherwise he somehow cheated death.
Oh, Dewill had damage number batching: the damage from the first rocket and the minicrit airshot were lumped together for a total of 305, he didn't deal two individual hits of 136 and 305, it was 136 + 169 (minicrit) = 305. You can tell because similar things happen throughout the video, and because his last rocket didn't have the blue crit glow which would be the only way that a single rocket could ever deal over three hundred damage. After taking that first 136 the soldier went from full overheal (300 health) to 164. So all the medic had to heal was 5 health or more; that way he'd bring his soldier above 169 and let him survive.

Upon further inspection the damage numbers did stack and the survival of that hit was possible, just highly unlikely.
Lhikan I doubt the kritzkreig could have healed that much health between the first rocket and Dewill's death. Only a quick-fix uber could do that.
