Wow! It was HUGE!! You and Billy are The Best; we love you guys!
Wow they still have it in Memphis! Enjoy Trey! Yum
Wonderful story of Leonards BBQ.
I would love to visit this Restaurant.
Been there many times. My parents went there on dates back in 58. Bean pots!!!😂❤❤❤
Bell view is how it is pronounced. This Fox location closed in 2023 now Leonards is on Germantown pkwy. The Fox location used to have a lunch buffet that was my favorite.
Would rather have Leonard’s than Walgreens would look and taste better and back in the day lots of drive-ins💕
And don’t forget….SMELL better too 😉
I think you're videos are fantastic....My mom loves watching your and Spa Guys videos......My parents think that Elvis Presley was the greatest entertainer and Star 🌟 to ever live......They saw him inn Salt Lake city at place called the Salt Palace here.....They say there was nothing like it.....Thxx for making my Mom and Dad happy with these videos.....Snow Bunny.......
Thanks snow bunny for this comment and sharing about your parents. Glad they were able to see him in Salt Lake City
Wow Trey, what a awesome video! I can't wait to visit when I go to Memphis next month. I can't tell you how grateful I am for your videos of Elvis History. If it wasn't for you and Spa Guy we wouldn't have these wonderful locations and stories of Elvis! Bless you❤❤❤

Trey, from the story of the lady you interviewed shared with us sounds that Mr.Leonard’s was a gentleman with a helping heart.
Leonard’s appears to be a beautiful and historical restaurant love the Mural , your dinner looked delicious and amazing!
Definitely we will go when we come to Memphis for Elvis week.
Trey, we thank you for sharing this interesting video as always you go way and behind to bring us incredible Elvis memories and history.
Thank you!
Arrivederci !
Another Awesome Video Trey Ty
Troy what a great find. I noticed you have spent enough time with the Spa Guy that you discribe things the way he does.
Good to see you back Mr. Trey. Love the Elvis history super sleuth Mr. Trey ❤️. Thanks for the recap. Sad that the building was demolished. Safe travels and adventures.
God bless Mr. Trey 🙏.
Great video, Trey. Enjoyed it. Now I'm hungry!
I always look forward to your videos and as always keep them coming ❤
I appreciate this comment Robin
Hi Trey!
Glad you’re putting out these videos and especially love this one relating to this Memphis BBQ that Elvis went to back in the day! I haven’t seen this one before at all so very interesting story and I bet you could get a really good BBQ sandwhich or ribs! Thanks again Trey take care out there!👍TCB⚡️
I will have to visit their next time I come to Memphis thanks trey
Great little video Trey ⭐⭐
Awesome
Glad to see a video posted. I was wondering where you were but I saw you on Spa Guy’s videos but they may not be current. I’m wondering if I was there when I use to go to Elvis week with my parents every year as a teenager. I remember going to a BBQ place one time & Rufus Thomas was there & I danced with him but I can’t remember what BBQ place it was. It might have been around 93. How close is Cordova to Memphis? We usually ate at Fred Gangs in Memphis. My Mom loved that place. Memphis sure has changed since I used to go. It’s not the same.
Loved This! Great Work!
I've been to Marlowe, at least that one is open. :) Thanks, Trey!
Thanks, very interesting
Thanks for watching Mike
It should be Marlon Brando on the bike and Elvis in the car!
For a brief fleeting second I thought it was Fonzie on the bike....
Leonards was the most popular after school hang out spot in Memphis in the 40s 50s and 60s. Just down the street is the oldest Italian restaurant in Memphis. Another place Elvis rented occasionally.
What is the name of the Italian restaurant
@ Coletta’s Italian restaurant 1063 S Parkway E. Still open for business.
🙏
Excellent video! Enjoyed the history!! Would like to eat Leonard’s restaurant!
It’s a good place, I have the new address in the video
About 15-20 years ago at a party I spoke with an older man from Memphis who told me that at work he and other employees used to send the young Elvis Presley to get BBQ. I'm wondering if this is the place he picked it up from.
Thanks for sharing. I can see that happening when he worked at crowne electric. Leonard’s was around at that time so it’s a possibility
Thanks Trey, I Really enjoyed this Video!
I appreciate the comment Gene
👏👏👏👏👏⚡😎👍
You'll have to bring Spa Guy to Leonard 's Barbque
As a native Memphian, I enjoyed this video. Leonard’s is definitely a great place for BBQ. The only problem I have is with your pronunciation of Bellevue…you were pronouncing it like “Bella view” It’s actually pronounced like “Bell view”. It’s a silent e at the end of “Belle”.
Trey, are you familiar with a bbq joint in Memphis called roundavu ? Harry Caray (BB announcer) said Elvis liked that place. The clip is on YT
I like the rendovou! I haven’t heard that Elvis was there. Will have to research
Why do they keep knocking buildings down to build parking lots?
Wish I knew an answer to that. It’s very sad
