Please show the app icons next time. I’ve been unable to find Image Finder. There’re many image search apps out there but I cannot find this particular one. The link provided in the comments takes me to a completely different app. Might be a region problem, I don’t know.
Is there an app or apple feature similar to Google Photos where I can archive photos so they are removed from the camera roll and I can finally label, adjust date, location and organise into folders. I know Google Photos does this but I’d really like something that works with apple photos.
