India slams Pakistan for "baseless," "deceitful" narratives at UN; retreats need for reform in UNSC

- Delivering India’s statement at UN General Assembly debate on the Annual Report of the UN Security Council, Pratik Mathur, Minister at India’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations accused Pakistan of “misusing” the UN forum to propagate false narratives. Pratik Mathur slammed Pakistan for its “baseless and deceitful narratives” after Islamabad's envoy Munir Akram made references to Kashmir in his speech at the UN General Assembly. He said, "Earlier in the day, one delegation misused this forum to spread baseless and deceitful narratives, which is not a surprise. I will not dignify these remarks with any response just to save valuable time of this august body." He also emphasised that India remains convinced that the only remedy is a comprehensive reform of the Security Council involving expansion in its permanent and non-permanent categories.

If INDIA leaves the UN, then it is free to take action in POK as it wills as PAKISTAN announced recently after the Reasi attack that the POK is not its territory.
