Very well done. Thanks for doing this. I saw the overview that ResslerMania did on his youtube channel and wanted to check it out a little more. He suggest you guys. Planning on going down in a couple years (looking to retire in 3 years or so) and hope to check Solivita out first hand.

Nice homes, in the video it was mentioned that there was extended lots. Please explain the concept behind the extended lots, also about fences... With these types of lots is possible/ permitted for horses, 2 to 3 stall barn, 1 barn for hay/tack room, Nice size padlock (pasture) for a turn-out for the horses , a riding arena....Barns would not be not large ,but like medium sized barns.
Can a home like this be owned at any of 55+ communities. Such as at the Village community or surrounding 55+ communities..

Love the homes in Solivita, but not much in the area as far as stores and restaurants. Is that changing with all the other development in the area?
As usual great content and well produced video. It seems that Solivita has more resales available than most other 55+ communities. Any thoughts as to why?
