Oh wow! The possibilities are endless when you start with your basic design! It looked like your beads were various sizes...I think I might have staggered maybe 3 sizes under the bottom board, but no matter, this allows for so much personal customization!! You could sell predrilled kits for those that don't have the equipment you have...the possibilities are as endless as your imagination
These stations are so cute. I use old jars and put them in little locally made baskets. I've doubled my plant collection by propagating. It's so much fun 🌿💚
Cool! From your last plant video I had a lot of motivation, and propagated 20 more new plants! Some of them were just transferring a section or piece directly to soil, and then also some went into water. So now I’ve got around 80 houseplants total 😀
It will be interesting to see if the Monstera and the Philodendron leaves root...you typically need a node, but I have seen you do amazing things, so I have faith! Please update us on your successes (and dare I say failures) - we can learn a lot from your experiences, Elysia! They look so pretty in their DIY shelves!
I have always propagated my own plants or ones from friends and I love your propagation stations, I think I'll make some to hang in my kitchen window. 💜💜💜
On the first one, you could glue the stoppers to the bottom underneath the tubes, to raise them up a bit if they are a bit shorter than you wanted. Love both of these.
I recently saw a VERY similar propagation stand as your first project, for $27.99 US! I'm sure yours didn't cost that much to build, AND it was fun to DIY! Great job! 💙🤟
Great ideas again. Your imagination has no end. I use dark small vases to root my clippings. I think they root faster if the bases are dark vs clear. Simulates the dark soil for roots. Maybe black spray paint the tubes. Just a thought. Keep the videos flowing love them. 💕
Someone forgot his eyewear protection... just a reminder for next time lol. I love that you made these instead of buying mass produced ones. I've been working on making some too for the 50 bazillion cuttings I've got for propagation
Your plants are so healthy looking. I’m sure you are aware that plants of the philodendron family are toxic to animals. Don’t let your puppies chew on the leaves. Love your channel. Can’t wait for the new one.
In case Elysia doesn't have the time to answer, Planterina (ua-cam.com/users/Planterinavideos) is an amazing UA-cam channel for help with houseplants of all kinds. Whenever I have a problem or question, I search her videos and always find an answer :)
Just make sure you have nodes on those plants you are propagating and that those nodes are getting submerged for them to survive and grow roots. The selloum, monstera and bird of paradise don’t have nodes so sadly they will react like cut flowers... cute for a few weeks, but then they will die:(
I don’t have much luck with plants. I love them! I just don’t have a green thumb 😒 The lighting is terrible in my house for plants🙁. These projects are awesome. Maybe I could use that stuff (don’t know what it’s called) that looks like water that hardens and put some faux plants in them. Umm I think I’m going to give that a try!
Where do you live? They are available in most nurseries...I have had mine for many years, and this year it bloomed!! The fruit didn't ripen, so I am trying to sprout the seeds. I think it is confused...what plant fruits in winter? LOL
i know you love going barefoot, i do too, but please wear shoes when using your power tools. i would hate to see you injured, and then miss some utube time.

I need one of those drills now. You two are so real and fun. I enjoy watching you!
LOL...one of the first things I did was look at prices for used ones! :)
My husband and two boys and I want to move next door to you. Your family is what we inspire to be. Lol. Love you and your family you guys are great.
Super cute loved each project

I love watching your videos, your funny, down to earth and creative and I love how you both get on so well x
Love the cylinder holder, for the plants. The hanging one is absolutely beautiful.💕😊
These are really pretty propagation stations! I hope you make a bunch and sell them. 🪴🪴🪴🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻

Great ideas for getting more plants with minimal effort.
I think you must always have fun together. That is a real blessing. I am sure it isn’t all sunshine and roses but still.

I love how your creativity flows into everything you touch! Thank you for the inspiration!!
Thanks James :)
They look great. Love the plant box
just passing by looking for videos about propagation, can i just say you guys have such INCREDIBLE energy!!! this was such a lovely video to watch
I love these. I think a bigger version using pint or quart jars would be cool.
Wow! That came out beautiful and so pretty with the plants. You are very creative and talented!
I have always propagated my own plants or ones from friends and I love your propagation stations, I think I'll make some to hang in my kitchen window. 💜💜💜
I love the hanging one, I can imagine having those at different heights in a kitchen or porch window.😁
You're literally so adorable!!! And fast idea for my prop station thank you!💓🌿☘️🌱
Aww thank you🌱
Love this idea
Hi yall ery cute projects have a day love from TEXAS
Great ideas!
love that, I use empty glass jars from olives and condiments that come in jars...but I like the idea of making one to put the glass into.
Beautiful love plants cant wait to see how they come out !
On the first one, you could glue the stoppers to the bottom underneath the tubes, to raise them up a bit if they are a bit shorter than you wanted. Love both of these.
Hah! I thought this, too!
Love this diy especially the hanging one! So creative!
So jealous of your new drill press.
Awesome ideas ! You guys are always so cheerful. Thanks for the smiles. 🤟
It’s actually a super old one but new for me
This is a GAME CHANGER!!!! I have many plants!! I did not know it would be so easy!! Please keep us posted on how they do... I’m so doing this 😅
SUPER informative! Thank you and the shelves look amazing!
It is an inexpensive way to expand your plant collection. Love the propagation stations. I use a cup on the windowsill. No drill press here!!
I recently saw a VERY similar propagation stand as your first project, for $27.99 US! I'm sure yours didn't cost that much to build, AND it was fun to DIY! Great job! 💙🤟
all scrap wood! the little jars were about .50 each!
Fantastic!!!!!
Great ideas again. Your imagination has no end. I use dark small vases to root my clippings. I think they root faster if the bases are dark vs clear. Simulates the dark soil for roots. Maybe black spray paint the tubes. Just a thought. Keep the videos flowing love them. 💕
I think there is less chance for rot/mushy stems when there is less light...amber containers are a great option to help avoid this!!
I love these! You and your family are awesome!💕
Super nice, I really like the design n color of the plain wood.. they look high end ! 🙂
Looks great hanging on the wall. Great Wall decoration also. Hope they root!! 😊😊😊😊😊🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
That is an awesome idea , I just started using my champagne glasses 🥂 for propagating plants 🌱 and I have to be careful not to knock them over
Someone forgot his eyewear protection... just a reminder for next time lol. I love that you made these instead of buying mass produced ones. I've been working on making some too for the 50 bazillion cuttings I've got for propagation
Love this! I need some of these as I have jars if slips all over and these are so pretty
What a great idea!!
So cool Elysia!
I like the variety in things you do!
Absolutely amazing
You two are so absolutely adorable 💖
and your imagination is amazing 💖 Love all the projects, thanks for sharing ❣️
Your plants are so healthy looking. I’m sure you are aware that plants of the philodendron family are toxic to animals. Don’t let your puppies chew on the leaves. Love your channel. Can’t wait for the new one.
Great idea. They turned out cute; but would have been fun to see some cute ideas for those of us without fancy drills.
I love this project! I'd love to have either of them!
Your monstera is beautiful
You can use the cork tops for feet for the stands.
Looks great.
Can't wait for plant newby's.
Beautiful
use the corks for air plant holders
Great idea!👍🏼
This was fabulous
I would definitely purchase one of those :)
Liked them all. Wish you would show where you clip them, I have no idea about nodes before or after . I need to picture it?

I Made your 2. Projekt years ago with an old leaderbell. Sorry my english is not so good.😃🤟
Your so talented. I enjoy watching your videos. I also craft.but not to the magnitude you do.
What happens to your plants when you go to Nova Scotia?
Just make sure you have nodes on those plants you are propagating and that those nodes are getting submerged for them to survive and grow roots. The selloum, monstera and bird of paradise don’t have nodes so sadly they will react like cut flowers... cute for a few weeks, but then they will die:(
So clever. Looking forward to results. Is your shop still closed?? I need some paint brushes.
🥰
Love this! 👍🏼
It looks like you have opened your tube of beads upside down as it has a handle so you can carry it around easier, but I love what you have done ,
there was already a small hole in the wrong side :)
Didn't know that sorry, I've only been following you for a few weeks but I love every thing you have done up till now, 🍁🌹
yay 2 videos a day. thanks
A little rooting hormone, or aloe even some aspirin will definitely help make sure those do grow roots, and fast!
What is going to happen to all that beautiful plants you have when you go to Nova Scotia?
Don't get so tangled up with the twine. Looks good.
I don’t have much luck with plants. I love them! I just don’t have a green thumb 😒 The lighting is terrible in my house for plants🙁. These projects are awesome. Love them!!!
I have rooted ZZ stems. They will take months to root. Go on line to see how it’s done. Good luck!
You should let the snake plant sit out for a couple days before you put it in water, otherwise it will turn mushy
Absolutely love these! I would totally buy those. Where can I find the swiss cheese monstera plant?
Where do you live? They are available in most nurseries...I have had mine for many years, and this year it bloomed!! The fruit didn't ripen, so I am trying to sprout the seeds. I think it is confused...what plant fruits in winter? LOL
I love the hanging one. Do you never use "charbon de bois" in your planters of in water? It's useful to avoid moisture
?
Can you tell us what this is Martine?
It seems to be charcoal. It's keep the water clean
@@martinedehoef8594 I see! Thank you for explaining! :)
Use the corks as feet.
👍🏾💯❤️. Hugz
Omg!! I love these I wish I had a couple of those!❤️
Hi!!!! Missed you guys!
Can you share the link to the glass jars you used?
Please make sure the nodeis down in the water. They will be fine all the way down in the water.
btw I love your propagation stations. I have been wanting to make some for a while now. I have some glass beakers I bought forever ago from Micheal's.
Do you have a link to the test tubes?
Logic Philip, YES sweep that mess off the table to the floor, or shop vac it... 😂

You need a legitimate workshop!
Do a daily routine from morning to evening ,cleaning ,cooking and care of your children
One level is better
Oh my are you bare feet? Is it cold their?
Yes but I’m inside my home :)
i know you love going barefoot, i do too, but please wear shoes when using your power tools. i would hate to see you injured, and then miss some utube time.
