So hard for me to pick my favorite Hollywood Hills neighborhood since they all have great elements contributing to their appeal, but the views from the Bird Streets are so incredible and the location of Mount Olympus is just so great. Definitely two of my favorites.

I love my spot in Cauhenga Pass. It’s an area where people land and stay. It’s quiet but I can be on the 101 in five minutes.

I lived on Tareco Drive for awhile with my boyfriend, at his grandparent's home. Their house was the first to be built in the Hollywood hills, the first, 1923 if I remember right. I saw a picture of it that they had, it was just their house, some trees, and the infamous sign. We had our wedding party at that house, which sadly would be it's last. It was sold in 2001 to people who totally destroyed it, tore it down and a generic Mediterranean was built on the property. It sold for under a million dollars, which was also shocking, but the remaining family heirs simply didn't care, just wanted it done with, and took the first offer. 😢Sad...

Thats so sad, its always emotional when your family home is sold!
