I bought an used 65.4 AIO aquarium. I think I’m technically in the waterbox fam now!!! So happy with the quality! I will surely be getting the 7225 someday for my African cichlids !!

Everything is great but the stand. When can we expect to get the aluminum stand ?
I have done freshwater for years. Might dive into salt. The sump being glass seems to be fragile? Why glass for sump considering how much you need to be at the pump for maintenance?
Where are the instructions for assembling the stand? My shipment came in two. When the stand arrived there were no instructions
Does this freight shipping apply for things like the peninsula mini 25 gallon waterbox? Or is it small enough to be shipped more regularly?
Hi there! Smaller units, such as the PENINSULA MINI models will ship via Ground.
Reef lx 320 stand comes assembled correct?? Also, if it is assembled, is the sump inside the stand already? Just making sure since it will be delivered soon. Thank you.
That is correct-- since the cabinet is already assembled, the sump will come shipped inside of it. : )

what glass suction cups do you recommend to move a reef 130.4?

With the peninsula 7225, since they are custom made, can you get the sump roller ready, without the sock separators?
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate modification requests such as this.
Yea, I understand. You guys may want to make that an option. Rollers are becoming real popular, and I think they are going to become more common. 😉
Hi. Which country does Waterbox ship to ?
What if you need it delivered to an Apartment? Will the freight truck driver call you in advance, or will they just drop it in the lobby/office?
Beau Franklin the driver dropped mine at my door. I spoke to the driver over the phone before delivery. He didn’t seem to have an issue with this at all. Just informed them I live in an apartment community. I signed electronically sign and noted directions prior to delivery.
Appreciate it. Probably getting mine next month. Just didn't know the procedure given that it will come freight.
When are u going to make acrylic tank lids
We will not be making any but check out companies like Octo Aquatics and ClearView lids as they both make very nice custom lids.
I just asked the driver if my 220 would go in the garage. He took it in no problem. No cash. No problems.

i live in fort lauderdale florida. can i pick up my waterbox myself from your store/warehouse.
We currently are unable to allow pickups from our warehouse due to COVID-19; we hope to be able to resume pickups soon.
I live in a building and I would like to know would they bring it to my door I do have a elevator in my building ?

Join a facebook reef group in your area and get some people from there help you move the tank.
Can you order a clearisea rollermat with the waterbox or is it something that we would have to order later
I have 190.5 the clearisea wont work without modifying the sump i.e removing glass panels. I run a Klir Di-7. Drop in and works like a champ.

11/6 is their sales event...
My pallet didn't look near as good nor in tact like the ones pictured. It was shredded. A majority of the wood panels on the pallet were broken, tank was basically resting on maybe five wood slats.
Sounds like it had a rough trip. Please let us know if everything arrived ok.
Wouldn't you like to know? Yes I would. I want a tank similar to the 220 but30 inches front to back and have been holding off in hopes that Waterbox will make my dream come true so I can pull the trigger. So I'm going to just hold onto this cash until you decide to let me know. Just sayin.
Or you can just have the exact tank you want custom made. Unlikely they make a tank with those dimensions.
I looked into custom and for that size shipped isas much as a 220 system. That is just for the tank.
