20:58 I ALWAYS cross behind the front car if it is waiting to turn onto a main road.
The front car is often watching the traffic (sometimes trying to see a gap from both directions), so they're far less likely to see a pedestrian compared to the second car (if there is one waiting behind).
As a pedestrian, you're at a big disadvantage compared to vehicles. So you should do what you can to put yourself in the best position to not be run over.

      This is common sense.
Still, pedestrians with no awareness of what's going on around them will straight up walk in front of a car, see the driver is looking the other way, then get mad and start slamming around other people's property.

something like 4:27 they have no choice but to do exactly what they did. The drivers head is still going to be behind that grey sedan, realistically they will need to advance another half a meter before the driver can see if theres something coming from their right. Just because the car in the road can see your bumper, your lights, your bonnet, and even your windscreen doesnt mean you can see them.
As for all the ones who just charge into traffic ignoring lights/give ways or just come flying out of driveways - yeah those ones are weetbix box drivers

Domestic maybe? Looks like he knew where to pull up and spot a car that's not visible from the DC till it moves out, so chances are he's got a tracker on it. Noting the driver of the dark SUV seems to take thier time, slowing down the Ute driver from chasing.

I thought maybe it was a stolen car being searched for by the owner, but your one sounds more likely.
Wouldn't need a tracker either. Most people are habitual when it comes to shopping. Probably knew they'd be at those shops at that time of day.
