Composed by Louiz Banks, Timeless is inspired by the sun, the wind, and the flowing river. Timeless has a distinct flavor to it, spiced up by the Indian Classical touch that Sitarist Purbayan Chatterjee brings to it through his Sitar riff. Ace Percussionist Taufiq Qureshi adds sheer brilliance on Bongos and Cajón in the track. The musicians also add that Timeless is like Detour, but a detour by plane. Enjoy this light Jazz number that slowly becomes a full-blown Fusion piece. This is surely the musical piece that once heard, will linger on for a long time in the mind. This is like listening to a mix of RTF, 1970s Corea, Mahavishnu and John McLaughlin Trio all at once. It's clear that every member from those groups has influenced these absolutely world class talents. I'm entirely convinced that the future of jazz is in capable hands. This is just phenomenal... Thank you all SO MUCH for playing this beautiful composition for us.

Louiz, It's not Jazz, not funk, not acid, not progressive. Dare I call it Neo-classical? Yes, I dare. Beethoven should be ashamed. I have been missing this music since Herbie, since Chick, since Al D, since Joe and Stanley and Bitches Brew and Mahavishnu. It was always hanging out there somewhere in the Ethos, but somehow few noticed. Thanks for bringing it back home. You've made me a happy man,

Daymnnn the drummer at his solo part..mind boggiling.....all performed well but the drums especially the solo daymnnn....out of reach...it's like an alien taking n playing the drums while the drummer was hypnotized.....
It's always a great pleasure to listen to any setup when Louis banks is involved,seen a few shows with different guys,Recently louis performed in Goa with Braz and LOUIS cannot believe the energy you still have to perform.Its was Braz show but you bought soo much life into the show,with your playing as well as your humour..God Bless you Maestro...

I saw Ravi Shankar in c. 1969 again some years later and his last tour with Anoushka. Allah Raka played tabla. Total blessing. The telepathy of Indian rhythm is insane.

This entire production is incredibly well done! Let’s not forget the unseen support given to an awesome sound mix and final cut.
