Ingredients;
200 gm Flaxseeds ( Organic and Raw)
500 ml Water
2 tablespoons Aloe Vera Gel
2 tablespoons Coconut Oil

METHOD;
Boil flaxseeds and water on medium low heat for about 15 minutes. Keep stirring continuously.
Gel is extracted after 20 minutes.
Sieve it while seeds are still hot to extract gel concentrate.
Once cold, it is very difficult to press the gel out.
Add Aloe Vera and coconut oil.
Whip till the mixture gets fluffy. An electronic blender can also be used.
Apply it on damp hair across the length. Wait for 1 hour atleast and use a mild shampoo and conditioner to wash.
Use once in a week for best results.
