They are super hard even on a flat surface. You have to revolve your entire body weight around the ball of your foot while keeping your balance centered on a tiny point all while your leg muscles are contracted in a low squat.
Funny enough i had not heard much of her before hearing Chael Sonnen, former MMA fighter and now UFC analyst, who is usually known for purposely saying offensive or obtuse things to get people riled up, wholeheartedly defend her decision to step out of the 2020 Olympics and firmly state his opinion of her as the GOAT of sports.
