Fresh whitings fish in NC????? Baby never had collards... bless his heart... who was cooking for him or did he come from overseas? When they said the fish was fresh I knew the pallets was basic... good luck

It was good but I'm a pansy lmfao so I didn't like to pick through the fish and take the bones out
If the croakers were scored, you wouldn't have to fight the bones. I will have to take a culinary trip to High Point for some of that goodness. I'm coming from the coast of NC but I used to live in Greensboro.
