Because they’re the same cameras look at the spec sheets
Only difference I see is that the ultra can handle noise a bit better, other then that without zooming in, you won't notice a difference
Somebody said "you must buy s24 ultra instead of base and + model" it has much differences, then i go here then...
I like the shape of S24+ more and it is no significant different in noramal diatance shooting .
S24 Ultra is like a brick with those square corners.

Ultra slightly better and brighter I think. But if the ultra gets a 10, i'd give the plus a solid 9 - impressive 👏
I have the S21 Ultra, and im going with the S24 Plus now. The extra $300 for the Ultra doesn't make much sense for me anymore. I'll miss the 108mp camera, but i also had to ask myself how many times i use the 108Mp photos, and its not many times. The S21 Ultra was Great! Still works perfectly for me! I just got a good deal on an upgrade, so yeah.
problem is the photographer was looking on S24 Ultra screen not the S24 Plus screen or between them and maybe all photos are taken from S24 Ultra perspective and users perceive it better.
I have the s24+ coming from an s20. The camera is amazing so far, my wife has the ultra for the pen but looking at that to 99% of people I don't think it's any different.
Will be giving it a good go this weekend at a light festival but so far night shots are amazing.
Excellent! I have an S20 too. And I need to decide tonight (within 4 hours) in order to get the 512Gb version and £100 off the price. I wanted the ultra for the better camera as I am a photographer, but I hate the shape of it
@@itzajdmting I do photography too as well with my slr but the s24+ is a seriously good camera too.
Exynos or sd?
I know the Ultra is a tat sharper. But if you run the photo in the non Ultra say like using Photo AI software, it will be just as good. Yes it does take time to process lots, but you can run as batch.
Im Brazilian, in your country is exynos or snapdragom? Cause i loved it results s24 plus. Im worried the result being different because of the processor. Great video
Snapdragon is only on ultra in brazil, other countries i dont know

Yes,i have the same problem,but only with 50mpx camera
I'm using a s24 plus and i compared mine with my friend's s23 ultra, there's a big difference in quality when taking 30x photos, and there's also a difference when you take a normal picture,s23 ultra 's detail is noticeably better when you zoom in on the picture. s23 ultra can also take 200mp photos and have a 100 times zoom while s24 plus only goes up to 50mp and and 30 times zoom. I'm kinda suprised that you can't really see the difference here, maybe there's some compressing or sth else.
Idc about those zoom features, and bought the normal S24 because its size. I can hold that phone easily with 1 hand, but not the Ultra. Plus its cost half of it, and knows 90% of the ultras features :D

Is the s24 plus you used on your video the exynos version? I am in between getting the regular model or the ultra, but I live in Europe and idk if it’s a good choice… I actually have a s21 regular version.
the exynos version for Europe only has a different processor (so it's about the speed - in practice it's unnoticeable). Cameras, photos and videos are identical for both versions.

@@aprila4651I think the Ultra will definitely be better at 5x and greater zoom levels. That said, I am loving my S24+ it fits slightly better in the hand and is much lighter than the S24 ultra, with a nearly identical screen and battery. A nice change of pace from the previous ultra phone I had (note 20)

So it's not just my phone. The s24+ takes grainy photos that are blurry. Will be returning asap. My s9+ is far superior.

Take those pictures in ultra wide mode. The pixel, iPhone, and Samsung phones all do this because they have made the cameras bigger. The plus side is the majority of the time you take a regular picture you will get a "portrait" effect without using portrait mode.
I'm currently using the pixel 8 pro. When I'm too close while taking pictures of text, labels, or qr codes it will automatically switch to ultra wide mode. I can't remember if Samsung phones do this. I'm switching back to Samsung though lol
They both look the same i would prefer the Ultra over the Plus because i like big phones
the ultra is only .1 inch larger and much less comfortable

By my eye, the Ultra seems to have slightly better details, and when you zoom in on a photo, that's where you can really spot the difference. But I'm by no means an expert.
