Put back the other nut, snug it then rip the last one out. All that movement robbed it of the torque. It's like trying to use a worn out socket

  • @victorvictor8311

You shouldn't remove the first nut completely the U bolts normally shake so the impact beats are useless after you remove the first nut installet again and remove the second nut from rust

I tried removing nuts from a brake caliper with my 1000 foot pound impact wrench 1/2 with a small socket and that mf won’t loosen up 🤣 I put a bigger socket that mf came off super easy I was ready to return my impact I was like fuck this shet 😅 but sockets do really help size and also if ur in a tight space well good luck 👍

If I got easy access to whatever I'm breaking lose I always use the big old cheap impact deep wells. They are super thick the weight and extra rigidity helps a lot transferring the power of the impact to the bolt.

The U Bolt is loose [shaking] your loosing most if not all of the impacts. Tighen the other one back up and try again. Or wedge something in the back there to secure the U Bolt.

The 6.0 HO has Samsung t30 cells that are actually more powerful then the 8.0ah and 12.0ah HO’s that have t40 cells. The t40 cell last longer but the t30 stays cooler and discharges more amps with a lower voltage drop, comparable to the new Forge battery

@@kwmiked I run the 3, 6, 8 and 12 HO Batteries with my High Torque Impact and yes there's a pretty good jump in power. I work on commercial vehicle's on the daily and have ran across fasteners that the 6 or 8 couldn't remove, but the 12 could. TTC does have some cool vids with there test rig, but in real world applications the initial breakaway Ugga Duggas with no more than 5-10 seconds is what counts on a fastener not a continuous run up in max power. No need to abuse my tools for longer than that. If anything Shop tool reviews has a more realistic set up with his test rig using repeatable accurate Industrial Torque guns to set the ft.lbs. This gentleman may not have had a deep socket, but that's what I mainly run since the additional mass does make a difference. I'll only run standard sockets when I have no room. If all else fails I'll bust out Big Bertha with a 1inch Avil and 3000 ft.lbs breakaway fury 🤣💪
