    Afghan Mutton Gravy, also known as Afghani Mutton Gravy, is a delightful and creamy dish originating from Afghanistan. It’s made with tender mutton (goat or lamb) cooked in a rich and mildly spiced gravy. Here are some key points about this flavorful dish:
    𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨:
    𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙈𝙪𝙩𝙩𝙤𝙣:
    Mutton : 1 kg
    Salt : 1/2 tsp
    Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tsp
    Water : 1 glass
    Now cover it and cook it 10 to 12 minutes after whistle starts
    𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙑𝙚𝙜'𝙨:
    Fresh coriander, Chili and sliced onion
    𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙈𝙞𝙭𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚:
    Yogurt : 1 cup
    Dairy cream : 1/3 cup
    Coriander paste
    Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
    Chaat masala : 1 tsp
    Garam masala powder : 1/2 tsp
    Fenugreek : 1 tbsp
    Black pepper powder : 1/2 tsp
    White chili powder : 1/2 tsp
    Salt : 1/2 tsp
    Fried mutton
    Now rest it 1 hour in the fridge
    𝙁𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜:
    Butter : 1 tbsp
    Oil : 3 tbsp
    Cook it until color changes to light brown
    Turn side after a minute
    Flame : high
    Cardamom/elachi : 2-3
    Clove/loung: 4-5
    Black pepper: 3-4Cardamom/elachi : 2-3

    Yogurt masala mixture
    Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 5 minutes
    Boiled water : 1 cup
    Fried mutton
    Boiled water : 1/2 cup
    Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes
    Add foil paper , coil on it and few drops of oil
    Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes
