We also talk about how you can know for sure if custom made plugs are for you with a little help from an everyday product.

Hello, I was wondering if I could contact you regarding earplugs? Both my ears are perforated and suffered with ear infection every year since I was a kid. I have a few ear plugs and was hoping for your review on best ones? Would be keen to speak with you if possible?
Brilliant video I love swimming and been back at it for only 6 weeks after a year out , but I too have had a perforated ear drum and starting to experience some pain so thank you so much for your tips
